GI Thanks for including my setup among this group of amazing and inspiring systems! Since you asked here is a brief list of some of the gear in the main system; Amps - Adcom GFA-555(2) Preamp - Adcom GFP-565 Turntable - VPI Traveler Speakers - Magnepan MMG Von Schweikert VR2s
GI, thank you for showing my room. im proud of my progress. My wife decided where my speakers landed in my space 😅 i've recently added pro-ject dampening feet to reduce the vibration and they work well. i look forward to seeing part III! 🤘🏼
Thanks for including my room! Mine was the storage with feet. They’re actually 2x2 cubes from ikea called EKET and already have holes for the included feet! I agree that having them off the floor adds a touch of class
Love these real world snapshots (btw I am Craig Houston in your FB group). I have a separate room to keep all my vinyl in which allows me to keep my listening space clean and uncluttered
Tanks for including my photos 🙏 yes those are Kallax, they sold those glass doors a few years ago. Lighting is also IKEA but not made for Kallax. Usually I displsy a bit of music pop culture items in those but got to go for christmas decore this time of year🎅🏼 And yes the hifi rack table is luminsted, simple led strip facing upwards to light up the wall.
GI, thanks for showing my room. I'm the guy with the board games. I love games such as Ticket to Ride (not about The Beatles.. lol) and Pandemic. The speakers I have in my room are just a simple set of Bose connected to an Audiotechnica... I wish I could afford higher quality speakers, but not at the moment... someday I hope...
Are you going to do another one of these videos showing rooms ?, I’d love to send you pictures of my listening space.Great job with your videos, great channel you have here👍
Wow best wishes for this nice videorow - i love to see Listening Rooms and HifiSetup-Tours Videos from USA or wherever in the world. I build and rebuild my listening room in this time perhaps i need a bigger room in the house. Too Many Vinyl, CDs, Lego Star Wars and FunkoPops - they need so much space and its great to see the solutions of other music maniacs ans collectors.
Nice to see all the listening rooms. If I can make a suggestion, could you give more accurate details of the hifi components used in each photo? Just a suggestion and I realise it may not be possible. Best wishes from Scotland and happy listening to all. 🎵🎶 Jim🏴🙂
@@NTXVinyl I thought the photos were off your forum, if so can't you ask the owners for a list? Unless I've misunderstood something? I'm at this very moment having a VERY enjoyable vinyl session featuring: The Doors LA Women, Pink Floyd; Dark Side and The Wall on the new turntable I've built using Rega based geometry, it appears it's giving my modified Regs RP6 a good run for its money! Happy Listening to all. 🎶🎵 Best wishes from Scotland. Jim 🏴🙂
Hi I’m from Brooklyn New York my son moved to Texas a few years ago . So I spent Christmas with him and our grandchildren. I was able to visit a few record shops . Doc’s , CD warehouse,Josey records which was huge . Is Josey the biggest record shop in Texas ?
it's like night and day.....that's why your system sounds amazing at 3 a.m. vs in the afternoon.....minimal electrical transmissions happening at 3a.m.
Cringe speaker and gear placement, couldn't get through the video. So many music fans listening to their favorite music in sub par fashion. All of it can be fixed for free too!!! Just educate yourselves on speaker placement, really easy for a better experience for all that money invested.
I have all hardwood floors and wood Paneling walls , not Sheetrock,my Acoustics are thumping off the ceiling to the floor, tapestries and wall flags in my music 🎶 room. I have very limited wall space due to heat registers running along every wall pretty much
Beautiful, thank you very much. I am so happy to be a part of this huge family of music lovers.
That is an excellent explanation of the majority of music lovers.

My pleasure!
Thanks for showing my room and setup.
Any time!
Back in the day, we used a lot of wooden orange crates for album storage. The crates were a perfect fit for flipping through albums.

You’re welcome!
Very cool. It’s good to see what everyone is doing with their equipment and records. Thanks
I’ve got a new drinking game for these videos. You must take a drink every time you hear the word Kallax.
Yeah, I’m already drunk .
You’re gonna be hammered! 🤣
This is what I'm talking about, blue collar down to earth listening rooms!
I’m joining the group! I love this!! It’s amazing to see everyone’s music room and collections! Inspires me so much ❤️
Yay! Thank you!
Really nice video!!!
Btw...
My personal project:
Send a photo of my room with my collection in a few years!
Wait for me!

I like these segments. If you could do these once or twice a month, it would be great.
Should have sent my corner in, it’s quite popular on our platforms 😎🎶
This is so awesome! I just started this hobby a few months back, looking forward to sharing one day down the road.
Sweet!

I would if I could. All I have is the photos and it’s near impossible to see details in the majority of them.

@@NTXVinyl No, boredom starts at 0:00. Only gets a bit interesting at 4:25.
Its a shame people dont know how to setup there speakers for a great sound they need to research this important fact of music listening.
I don’t disagree, but the reality is most people just aren’t that particular. And/or aren’t aware it makes any difference.
How many of these music rooms have a dedicated line to their systems....hire an electrician ....y' all will thank me later....
I would guess zero. I did meet someone recently who had that done and raved about it
