Ultraman doesn’t exist without character decisions Superman would never make however, given that Injustice Superman is depicted as being practically identical to the mainline Superman in the beginning of Injustice, it’s more than fair to assume he’s meant to be a ‘what if you put Superman in this scenario’ type character. The problem though is that, not only does Kingdom Come already exist, but there’s been other comics in which Superman suffers personal tragedies and doesn’t resort to murder. Never Ending Battle is an excellent example. You would’ve had a point if Injustice didn’t sell itself as Superman’s one bad day.
