I have been intensely homesick since moving to my downtown apartment in Minneapolis. This song hurts like hell to listen to, but I can't stop. I miss Wyoming, the music, the people, the mountains, the stars. I just want to go back, but I think it'll be a long time before I can. So, thanks, Jalan. I have a lot of great memories attached to this song.
My grandparents address, 19teens and 1920s was Bolser, my cousins grandmother ran and cook at the Bosler Cafe. If you have ever been there it doesn't take long to understand why you need tires on the trailer house roof.

Really nice video of Jalan, James yule, great color and depth, a classic.
Nobody captures Wyoming quite like Jalan.
Might be biased, but great song! Family is related to Bosler, WY.
I believe John Prine would love this as much as I do.
Visited Bosler, Wy 50 years ago, not much left then...not related to Frank C. Bosler, the towns founder.
the wife and i's song...still my favorite...(the wife and the song lol)
There's not very many trailers in Bosler. I grew up there.
More to the song than there is left of the town.
Awesome Absolutely.
