    This video shows how you can use sketch blocks to layout geometry for a design without having to model any parts. This capability can be crucial in applications where the "function before form" is the optimal process.
    Sketch blocks are used to get the geometry (function) correct, before the actual parts (form) are built up in 3D.

    Is there any way to store all of your blocks, across multiple files, in a common library? I always thought of blocks as very useful for standardized parts across multiple parts and assemblies. SolidWorks had a simple directory location where you saved your blocks. I can't find anything like that in Inventor.
