Thank you so much for sharing your story Nona, I'm really sorry, really sorry for what you went through, a child shouldn't have to go through something like this at all. You make me stronger and not give up. Something similar happened to me and with different people when I was little too. I felt more resentful towards my mom for not believing me and not doing much about it. God never leaves us and he sees everything. God had different plans in my life and I left my family when I was 19 years old, I left with my ex boyfriend now, moving from Mexico City to Chicago. At the time, I didn't know how far away I was going to be from my family, but I didn't care either, I just wanted to be with my boyfriend at the time. Now I am 44 years old, a lot has happened, I lost two babies, I was married for 10 years, I got divorced 10 years ago. I learned English, I went to school, I finished my second bachellors degree and although not everything is going the way I wanted, the best thing about all these years is that I have been getting closer and closer to our Father God. He has been my comforter, my protection, my provider, my love, my everything. Oh Jesus, thank you and thank you for your spirit that is in me to guide me. I forgave my mom, I forgave myself and I am learning to forgive my past to move forward day by day for the plans that I still know God has for me. Thank you again. Blessings.🙌🙌🙌💓😄
