There’s not a direct path to it, so it’s a bit hard to explain. The people with the role in the server have all helped build the community since before it was officially recognized by Psyonix and continue to engage in ways that make a positive impact both behind the scenes and in chats for the new/regular users. I personally have done graphics for the server and its events since not long after the launch of the game on and off and have been involved in the esports community since the end of S1. Just gotta want what’s best for the game and the people who love it and try to better the environment surrounding it however’s most natural to you.
