great video ! Just one comment. You said you cook your beans for 8 hours. I cook black beans in a onepot pressure cooker in 20 mins.
We own a pressure cooker now and it takes us 20 mins also but there are, for example, many student who don't have one and can only afford to cook them for eight hours while they study at home.
