They gave me 80 tickets plus the 10 compensation all this could of been avoided. yesterday's video title was spot on speedrun to EOS.
contacted support about only receiving half the tickets i was supposed to get, their answer was to explain the situation....and not give me the other 30 im missing >.> im so pissed off

I stopped paying for things over 6 months ago. I was so tempted to get Shredder, but was leaning on not getting him after your video with hayzink. Once he was pulled i was actually glad, because they took the decision away from me. I love ninja turtles, they would of been the only time I would of spent, and I didn't. I'll never pay any money on this. When it dies, it dies. I'll move on to something else.
The buying leonardo and getting a starlight doesn’t make sense.
They bought leonardo with the intention of building leonardo so it doesn’t make sense they 100% got what they wanted and what they paid for so I don’t agree it makes sense.
You can literally buy starlight from top picks for the same price it’s not a rare thing that’s never available to buy.
You are giving them too much credit by saying it makes sense
yeah you can argue that logic too ... but when any game alter a bundle they will compensate you the same value anyway without any explanation its just how the gacha work ... so i also understand why they gave back the starlight

Hey Pika, Love your vids bro, this problem is happening across all gaming platforms. Games are over monetized across the board. 3 different versions of one game with one being the full game. Standard, gold, deluxe is how they selling us. Standard editions are half a game where as deluxe versions are the full game.

I was so positive that they will fix this in a better way ... I didn't expect it to be that bad tbh... I thought the worst thing they might do is 100 SST tickets with 1 starlight to all and I would say it's not enough but may shut up most of the players ... but this was even worst! ... And yeah I will never agree on 1 free legendary since release thats a major bad call ... imagine there is a tower that you can't access unless you paid a $100 worth of legendaries .. a paid content in the game

i got 30 tickets and because of pulling rates being crappy i got nothing(was pulling for olb), makes it seem like they gave 30 tickets because they knew 30 wont do anything when it comes to pulling for a fighter

Im pretty sure the tickets thst were added where based off of you're starlights available, so, i guess this means a red ticket is equal to an starlight.
Or could have been you're progression before or during the event someone had it Max and only gotten 32 tickets from it, and that's a sss, ss, ss, s+
But i agree, giving a different reward to different each side was stuipd. Ontop of them giving another 8 starlights, they backed themselves in the corner.
Plus the fact, if you brought everything, for some reason didnt collect the turtle growth pack and it was maxed, that's 32 starlights. Like holy smokes, now I'm sure barely anyone or no one who have gotten 32, but Still insane that they decided to handle the way they did.
Perhaps they don't view players as equal and paying players get the golden treatment? While ftp, get the scraps?
I bet there will still be more to this ... They saw the mistake and tried to fix but failed ... now they are forced to listen carefully
@@PikaGYT I don't want the game to die over this, so I hope they properly listen to you, hayzink, and the community and give us a proper compensation for their mistake. Seriously, this is the only gacha game I've played in recent years (besides a little bit of genshin impact) but for sfd for it to die like this would be tragic end.
They are messing with the hen and it will bite them, so again, I seriously hope within this week sometime they are able to make everyone happy

For the last 2 days I've been getting a lot of red tickets for no reason when I log in, should I be happy or should I be angry? It feels more like a bribe so I can stop complaining I guess?
