Gendry doesn't really have a claim to the throne. He's a bastard, and bastards don't have standing in the recognized lineage unless they're legitimized (by a decree from the king). Neither Joffrey nor Stannis would do that because it would put Gendry ahead of them in the line to the throne. Gendry would be an older son vs Joffrey, and ths son of the king (Gendry) would be ahead of his brother (Stannis).
The Brotherhood kept his gold (or maybe it was silver) so he’s waiting for a chance to get it back. Arya is a valuable hostage to ransom, so it worked out.

What's interesting with the Wildlings is that they are so badass and down to Earth that they never take things personally. Like the guy said I tried to cut the rope with Ygritte and she did not make a fuss. Cause these people are so non-plussed about anything and cause she knows that the guy had to do that, as selfish as it was. BTW, I am asking the dude in the middle, wasn't Joffrey right about what he was saying about Dany to Tywin? As much as we hate Joffrey, it seems logical to make a big deal about what's going on over there. Tywin sort of won the debate but isn't he missing the big picture?
Yeah I think Joffrey is right in that discussion, but for the wrong reasons. I feel like someone like Joffrey's character doesn't understand the big picture either. More so he heard rumors of Dani's exploits, a future threat, and wants something to be done about it. Along with wanting to be part of the decision making process and feeling like he's in control. While everyone else is running the kingdom for him. Tywin may be underestimating Dani's claim for the throne, but more so his focus is occupied on the present with the war against Stannis and Robb. - Igli

Would he perhaps after being given all the infos decide to be more proactive and actually send more people over there to assassinate Dany and the rest? It's the only time where essentialy people were like "wait a minute, Joffrey may actually be right there".

Theon's sister was named Asha in the books, but they changed it to Yara for the series because Osha and Asha sounded too much alike.
