  • Not everyone has a big family get together for Thanksgiving, so cooking a turkey breast is the perfect thing to do for 2-3 people. This roast turkey breast recipe is juicy, full of flavor, and just as good as roasting the whole bird. The key to cooking a juicy turkey breast is to add as much flavor as possible, that is why the flavored butter and generous seasoning is so important. Cook the turkey breast in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 154 F, broil for a few minutes to get the skin crispy, and then take it out of the oven and allow to rest for 10-120 minutes. This will be the best roast turkey breast for Thanksgiving that you have ever made! #KeepOnCooking Dessi & Bobby XOXO

Such a good and entertaining video , just what I need to cook my turkey tomorrow. However, I do have a question (I know it’s probably a dumb one but I’ve never cooked turkey ) : I don’t have a probe thermometer, only a regular meat thermometer. How much time do i give the turkey ‘till it reaches the desired temperature? Tia and happy thanksgiving!

No need for xantham gum if you use gelatin (dry) and add that.
The gravy could be chunky by adding giblets. Giblets cooked in gravy are great in gravy and are quite chunky. You might want to rethink using flour because flour will kick you out of keto and mess up the whole fat adaptation of keto.
You might want to rethink the whole cereal grain thing with your keto meals. Cereal grains, like corn, wheat, rye, etc., will not do you any good or why not just go for losing weight the old style by keeping your cereal grains in your diet. Try reaching keto with those cereal grains in your body -- or are you doing the carb refeeds?
I don't know about you, but I prefer the dark meat and often get turkey thighs and legs and have them for Thanksgiving. I gave up turkey breast, although I think your version of turkey breast might not be as dry as the Sahara desert.

    • @BobbyParrish
