Nikki! The zucchini blossoms can be eaten. I think in Italy, theyre breaded and pan fried. But in México, they make a (mild) sauce called salsa de flor de calabaza. I've had some over mushroom ravioli in DC and something else (chicken maybe?) in Oaxaca, México that was fabulous! I've always wanted to make it at home but can't get the blossoms. Look that up--I'm sure you could easily put a kick in it wih some cayenne. I'm no gardener, but I do know about the "3 sisters". Corn, beans and squash were always grown together, the beans and squash in the corn's shadow. So maybe the beans need a little more shade. Just a thought. Good luck! what is considered high point? I watch a few WW youtubers and everyone calls a like 6 point meal or above "high point". I get 28 dailies and 28 weeklies so 6-10 points per meal is what I aim for, plus a few for snacks.
Personally I think it’s what works for you. I get 27 so we are similar. I try to keep breakfast around 4-6, lunch around 4-6 and then dinner around 10 to allow for some snacks. A higher point meal to me would be above 10.
I tried doing my garden in pots this year BUT I have gotten 2 jalapeños and a few cherry tomatoes and the rest just has not been happening (I planted 3 different peppers and 3 different tomatoes) 😔 I did cilantro and it died. I tried then before and also died lol

Definitely! When I do though I just focus on other things I can control like you said getting right back on track with the next meal, drinking water, getting enough sleep, getting some movement in!

It's early enough that you can start cucumbers again and get a decent fall harvest before frost. (Zone 5 gardener here)

6 point meal can be a lil high for me. I get 23 points daily it depends on how many you get in a day.
