It seems to like this kind of weather and grows well in it. I will make this dish tomorrow. It looks amazing! I can see why you chose Merlin, he is a very nice dog and can already put his paw up to the table.

I stir fry purslane with beef in soya bean paste, chili paste. It tasted really good. Next time I will cook with fish. It has to be a modified version as I don’t have the same ingredients like yours.
@@robincorprew9007 Sometimes when it rains a lot, the nutrients in the soil is washed away too. You may need to fertilize them every couple of weeks during high rain. Another option is to make the hill really high so that it drains quickly and the roots won't be stressed as much. Hopefully this will help you in the future. Good luck!

我觉得还不错，但是说实话，马刺苋最好的吃法，还是焯水后，晒干炒肉末。那样去掉了草腥味，并且增加了一种香味。😀
