I have completed STCW, STSDSD and HVOL courses but in these certificates, my name is SHANAVAS AMRUTHA THURUTHEL SHANAVAS.. But in passport it's THURUTHEL SHANAVAS AMRUTHA. I corrected This mistake in my indos profile bt in certificates still this mistake is there, I contacted those MTIs from where I did these courses and they said they can't do anything and to contact DGS. When I contacted DGS they said...now that mistake can't be corrected. Now, I have applied for CDC and I want to know that, this mistake will affect my CDC application?
Once certificate is generated . No one can change the certificates.
The onus of making your profile to be absolutely correct is on the seafarer .
All Maritime Training institutes even tell the candidates that please ensure that name is correct in your indos profile before you book the classes .

@@MarineGeek my photo and signature got rejected due to two reasons.1) I had save my passport photo in horizontal position as per guidelines but whenever I uploaded it becomes vertical,so they rejected.
2)my signature got rejected because of less resolution.

If the facial verification for e learning / three live images are working then you can continue . But I would suggest to change and rest be assured for next five years from now on

We have observed that many students are using multiple browsers/windows/tabs, for Login and Facial Verification (FV). If this is done, the eLearning system will log you out completely. We have introduced a timeslot-based system by which, whenever you try to log in, a dedicated five-minute time slot will be allocated to you for Login and FV, to avoid delay and congestion.

Please advice if we have to repeat the e learning course, i had done the same in may and completed the assessment also, but cud not undergo the 4 day online course and exit exam. Now it shows as program end 23/10/21.

For 3 day RUT COC Class I revalidation course, is there any practical exam to do from MTI or we need to only give exit exam after attending online course from MTI.
no practicals for 3 days offline RUT course ( now it's 4 days online course ).
it's just a theoretical course.
make sure you do tier 1 also. e-learning course ID 1118 and attend tier 2 online class and then give exit exam tier 3
@@MarineGeek Thanks for prompt response, I intend to first complete e-learning. One more query, as you had mentioned in one of your videos on how to find approved list. It is still mentioned as a 3 day course. Kindly confirm if it has changed. i think it is Sr. No. 84 in DG approved course list.
