Hello Sir,
I had done my Orals assessement in August 2018 and since then it has been 5 years. I've cleared ny writtens. For how long, will I be eligible to give Orals?
Does the assessement have an limited time period?

Also I have done pscrb rf and pst rf with 18 months validity,but both certificates is still valid ,so what I need to do ,I should do both courses practical part B or only need to do pscrb practical part B ,and then what will they provide combine pscrb plus pst or separately I need to do pst rf practical part B.

Sir, I have done aff refresher and fpff refresher separately with 18 month validity which expired now ,so now can I do aff refresher practical part B practical and if we do then what type of certificate I will get both combine or separately need to do fpff refresher part B practical.

Dear Sir,
I am B-Tech Marine passed out in 2012.
I did my:
1. basic modular courses : PST PSSR FPFF EFA in 2011 based on stcw 95
2. first and last sailing in 2013 for 6 months
3. advanced modular courses: AFF MFA PSCRB in 2014 based on stcw 95
4. simulator course in 2014 based on stcw 2010
5. STDSD IN 2014 based on stcw 2010 with unlimited expiry
6. advanced PSSR in 2015 on stcw 2010 which expired in 2020.
7. MEO CL IV exam and got COC in 2015 which expired in 2020 without any sailing.
In short: I have not sailed in last 9 years and my coc for MEO CL IV has expired.
my questions:
1. what all courses and certificates I have to do and posses for joining ship as a junior engineer or TME?
2. what i will need to do if i want to revaliadte my coc?
3. there is an option to sail at lower rank to that of coc held for 3 months with permission from MMD. i would request you to please elaborate on this process.
In short: what all things i have to do to get back to sea?

You have to send email to MMD to get permission to do meo class 2 for the purpose of revalidation of coc or go for orals .
Redo the relevant refresher courses

hello sir,
i will be joining as deck cadet i have following doubts kindly guide me -
1.) i have efa and pssr stcw 2010 which show unlimited expiry, do i need to do both courses again as it's been more than 5 year's and we don't have refresher for these courses.my company is asking me to do these courses again.I have valid mfa certificate also.
2) my fpff has been expired but i have advance fire fighting, do i need to do fpff refresher?

U need efa and pssr valid as it's now more than five years and you are without any sea service

May be they have disable it as master checker is also disabled .
Only sea service checker can be seen by us
