After submitting the application for mumbai mmd, getting query to upload FPFF and PST. why these courses they are asking even though we have AFF and PSCRB.. the person who is getting query, they are doing again these basic courses for uploading.

I am a CEO, my COC expiring on 18th Sept 2024. Due to circumstances I need to revalidate well beforehand. Enquired with the Training Institute prior booking the Revalidation course who confirmed that revalidation can be done after 18 months from the date of COC issue. After completing the courses upon logging in and clicking "coc revalidation" link I get a message stating that I can revlidate only on or after 17th September 2023 ie within one year of the expiry. Is that true? Any alternative for this

You have one and half year time for renewal of existing coc. Your current coc can get further renewed only if you join now asap before 31 st December 2021 For fg coc revalidation you need to sail on fg vessels for a period of one year. And 66% of sea service is calculated on ncv coastal ship incalculation of sea service. So take decision accordngly.

I did high voltage course in 2016 before coc revalidation and no limitation stamp was put on my COC , but just few days i did my revalidation courses reo , aff(rf) and pscrb(rf) . Is my PSSR covered in REO Course or what should i do to revalidate my PSSR? Further more i have done some research on this,according to circular "No 2 of 2015 dated 05.03.2015" 5th point it is mentioned as " The relevant modules for upgradation of PSSR and SSO have already been incorporated within the RUT course." My pssr course is also stcw 1995 . My old rut course had PSSR course and used the same to revalidate the coc . Old 11 days or 6 days RUT course has pssr included in the certificates and hence I used the same .

Refresher courses have nothing to do with coc revalidation . Pre joining medical if already valid can be used. If it's expired get a new dg approved doctor medicals and doctor will upload in your master checker . Yes required for revalidation . Original with self attested on your medical certificate
Check the master checker under medical certificate fitness tab. The document uploaded in master checker should match with the document you are uploading . Doctor will upload your medicals in the system through their login
If your assessment is expired which is one year valid. If that is expired I think you may have to do even your preparatory course again. Check with mmd

Medicals are divided into annexes. Annex 4 is the normal medical . Annex v is eye sight test medicals.

Just amend the dates such that it will be valid. Don't worry high voltage certificate is valid for lifetime

Write any dates within next five years starting from now to next five years . System accepts it

Thank you sir for your information. My PSSR is 1995 STCW and rest all (AFF,APFF,PST,PSCRB and all these refreshes) are STCW 2010.I have done my REO course for revalidation of COC. Is my PSSR covered in REO Course or what should i do to revalidate my PSSR? Further more i have done some research on this,according to circular "No 2 of 2015 dated 05.03.2015" 5th point it is mentioned as " The relevant modules for upgradation of PSSR and SSO have already been incorporated within the RUT course." My pssr course is also stcw 1995 . My old rut course had PSSR course and used the same to revalidate the coc .
Old 11 days or 6 days RUT course has pssr included in the certificates and hence I used the same .

No. It's unlimited and software has glitch. Write any dates by which it becomes valid and proceed .

Hai sir.. I need to do revalidation of my class 4 coc.. I have done all my stcw refreshers .. and rutc.. but I don't have 12 months sea service in last 5years.. because I sailed in vessels below 750kw.. my coc is expiring on June 6 2022.but I have 3 months sea service in the required kw.. i.e from dec 6 2021 to March 17 2022 I have sea time.. can I able to revalidate my coc sir.. if yes I can follow normal procedure or there is any other methods for this..

Pre joining medical if already valid can be used. If it's expired get a new dg approved doctor medicals and doctor will upload in your master checker . Yes required for revalidation . Original with self attested on your medical certificate

Check the master checker under medical certificate fitness tab. The document uploaded in master checker should match with the document you are uploading .

If your assessment is expired which is one year valid. If that is expired I think you may have to do even your preparatory course again.
