Mental Health and me: Claire's story

Pamodzi means together. Pamodzi Creatives celebrates inspirational stories and collaborates with creatives to challenge, affirm and inspire. About a year ago, we began conversations about our culture’s relationship with mental health. We began a listening exercise and developed some short films focused on mental health. We are so grateful for, and celebrate the brave, kind, generous participants of this project and thank www.talkingcha... for their support. This film features Claire.
