I put over 4k miles on this bike in just 8 months. Not a single issue. Great bike. Not having USB is a joke though. I also suggest you put cst scout emoped tires on it. More speed and less rolling resistance. Don't buy the allscape tires. Crazy rolling resistance and loss of range and max speed by good 30%. Safe ride everyone
i got the dual motor version of this bike, the seat that it comes with is not super comfortable, it will put your bits and pieces to sleep in 10 minutes. the suspension is a joke, only slightly better then no suspension. this version comes with USB on the under side of the display, seems to be a basic type C connector, my phone charges from it but displays i should check my charging cable every time i plug it in. the rear motor is 1000 watts and the front motor is 750 watts. when i first got the bike i just used the rear motor because it was faster than using both. after upgrading the tires to scooter tires (Angel scooter tires) and adding saddle bags i have to use the front motor due to the added weight to keep the same speed ish. the bike seems to limit the top speed to 25mph for about 1 to 2 minutes of full throttle which is irritating. the bike for me tops out at 29mph im about 175lbs.
I think its kind of a missed oppertunity that they didn't add regenerative braking, one thats actuated with a thumb throttle so you can have some granularity in the braking. Big heavy bikes like this chew through brakepads especially if the rider is a bit on the heavier side aswell
So there's actually a dual motor version of this bike now, however the only one I've seen reviews for is the a8, but I'm actually wondering how much that helps with the hills.
You know you shouldn't be on the sidewalk with that thing or any bicycle. That is if you are a law bidding bicyclist. I would bet you or anyone in the world that there are laws about bicycles on sidewalks. I don't agree with most ebike rules/laws. Ya I'm one of those and yes I ride daily.

Very true… starting to see more bikes having that… Maybe a future model?
Have you thought about swapping the vinyl bearings in the hub motor for steel ones to bulletproof the motor?
If they blow up, the whole motor is scrap.
If Nylon gears blow up, you can still save the motor.
I wish this bike had a usb to charge your phone and yes i know you can can get the power inverter thing but man its expensive $$$

I just bought this bike. What do you use to connect your phone to this bike?
How’s the bike holding up!? I’m thinking about getting the a8 pro max 52 v but I’m seeing some negative reviews about it
get the V7 instead, the a8 is fine, but the V7 has bigger wheels and more torque
@@jasperhunter8386 lol I have a 26x4” already and it’s way to big for me
