It currently retails for £1599 at Crackshot, and they are able to manage a RFD transfer with your local shop.

Hahaha! Enthusiasm is great. You made me laugh out loud, Chris! The groups look good and I appreciate that you have some sort of standard measuring device to compare them, but as they opened up when extending distances I'm wondering how big they are. I don't know anyone who has one of those coins so I'm at a loss for comparison. Is the Vospers coin 1 inch/25 mm in diameter?

I love that reticle you use. Did you find that having the cocking lever on the left was actually very convenient for a righty? All AGT guns are like this I think. I will be getting the Vixen short in .177 at some point so would love to see you review that!
I believe that in sub-12ft/lb, .177 is the best calibre for everything but that's just my opinion of course 👍

The Vixen uses the bottle for the rifle butt, similar to the FX Verminator and Logun's.

I have an Artemis P15 which a third of the price, not as good a quality though is light and compact and with Air Arms Field Heavy 18 grain .22cal pellets is very accurate. I also upgraded the side leaver to bring it above the trigger, rather than at the back on the standard rifle.

Look out Fx, Hw, Daystate, AGT are set to take a big bite in to the Airgun market 👍 £1,600 is a fair chunk of money for a lot of people but the way I look at Airguns in this price range is ,if you keep them for 5yr and then fancy a change of rifle you can sell your gun and get best part of a £1,000 back ,so you’re not loosing to much money ,considering what most people spend on hobbies

Or it's windy, which you can hear on the microphone especially in the 50m segment and at 17minutes you can see the hedgerow moving behind him.
The target is 5" face, same as I use.
The gun is Sub12ft/lb and the trajectory is consistent with JSB Exact Jumbo 15.89gr or similar so the Velocity wil be around 570fps or less.
For a 5mph cross wind my calculator estimates drift as
      1.8" at 40 meters and
      2.8" at 50 meters

There's no doubt about it , the AGT range are superb ( though it must be said the different styles and looks are very much subjective ) went to buy a " Vixen " from a dealer not a million miles from you , told me they did part-ex , so I thought I'd chop in my S410 tdr .. initially they said bring it down and we'll check it over ( understandably ) but at the last minute ,when I phoned to make sure they had the vixon in prior to a 120ml drive , they said they'd prefer not to have my part ex .. so I didn't go down , real piss poor dealer if you ask me .. so bought a AA S510 TR .. and its .. AWESOME .. (.177 ) that was xmas time ... anyway , back to it , bloke next to me at the range sunday had the very same rifle as the one your reviewing , I was impressed with its accuracy , together with the overall quality of the rifle ( yes , we yap more than shoot , my Mrs in particular ) he was also impressed with the accuracy of my rifle , an old Brocock concept ( £350 with scope ), matched him shot for shot @ 35mtrs .. would I buy an AGT .. hell yes , the vixen long .. but not from the shop I originally went too for one ...

      Good points.
Your Walther is excellent value for money.
The TX can be a bit of a handful and it's definitely Marmite, but I can't imagine ever parting with my HC 👍
Given how windy it's been in the UK lately I would bet the Uragan could do a lot better in calmer conditions.
Imho the Uragan is directly in competition to the line of the HW100 and AA S510r variations so when comparing the price of those + Day Tank the Uragan stacks up quite well.
I have an HW100KT so if I was buying again I woukd definitely be considering an AGT as a top option, if my budget didn't stretch to a Steyr self indexing and CF Day Tank 👍🤔🤣

So don’t base your opinion on this. This is the only AGT I have ever used, and when I compare it to the first FX gun I used - a Dreamline Bull Pup - the AGT is leagues ahead. Not only is it better made, it didn't develop a fault after around 50 shots. In my view - the AGT is very much better made as well. But I can't help but think, you can't be serious, right?
