Mr. TIM!! It was the thrill and honor of a lifetime to play alongside you!! I didn’t want to bug you too much so I’d sit back (literally 2ft behind you) and absorb as much as I could. Your incredible talent is only matched by your humble persona. At times I was intimidated, but used that as inspiration to try and rise up to the level. These sessions were the biggest challenge and reward of my career and I’m so proud to be on the record with you! I’m still processing all the awesomeness of our sessions together, and I hope we get the chance to do it again sometime! I will forever cherish our time together and cannot thank you enough for ALL of your TREMENDOUS contributions to this album-AND this awesome video!!! Very happy to see it all again! So proud our grooves are sealed in Rock N Roll history...forever!! All the best Tim! I owe ya one! ✌🏼⚡️🎸
We need this album! Foo Fighter are good but they can't carry the burden of being the only rock band people know of. RD jr can freaking play. Hope the album is huge
Nooo! Why did this have to end? Thank you Sooo much Mr Pierce, for sneaking us in on this session!!I Really enjoyed this one. Some of those tight harmony runs had a Boston feel to them. Thanx again.
When I heard "best rock record" I wasn't sure.. Than you said: "You can look out in the room and see Vinnies drum kit" .. I was like: "Tim and Vinnie.. He is probably right about the best rock record" ;-)
Thanks for sharing Tim! Such an insight into a current rock production with the world's best musicians is very rare. Phenomenal guitar work - that's what I hear already. Congratulations on your success! (By the way to Jeff - the Black Beauty is a '68 with killer tone!)
What the TUKK!!! Thank you ......I need more rock in my life😲 🎼🎼🎼 🤘🤘🤘 🎼🎼🎼 😎😎😎 🤪 AND the studio is so dreamy I'm just about speechless 🤪😲🎵 Tim your playing is legendary 🤪 🤘👀 👀 🎸 😎 ❤ ❤ 🎸🎸😎
Love seeing the Gretsch and Hiwatts...... is it a Gretsch Jr? I have two anniversary's and a Duojet in my collection hangin on the wall......people dont realize how much they can be used for things OTHER then rockabilly...mine are recorded all the time...I have two Hiwatts, one is a standard '76 504, the other a 504 OL...but they rarely see use these days....LOVE watching pro's work.. gets me inspired.. dont do anything with it, but inspired just the same..Thanks TIM!
That was great Tim. You should use that for a Master Class promo video. A lot of the stuff you were playing seems to have come from stuff taught in the class. I definitely recognize some of the licks from the lessons. Your lead stuff here pretty much embodies your lead lessons. Just some great stuff.
Will definitely be interested in buying the ep when it comes out next year. Pure rock n roll. Btw what is that Les Paul at 3:44 and 13:56? Looks like a Les Paul Standard but with dot inlays.
Amazing Video Tim!!!! Silliest of questions but how does one get into the session playing scene in LA? Are those jobs disappearing or impossible to get or is all that Myth and superstition? Thanks for the outstanding videos!!! Keep on Rockin' Bruddah!!
It's tighter than a goat's asshole. Your only shot; be as good as all the other session players out there (they're all nasty) and start offering your services for free to projects you think could get you exposure but wouldn't hire you otherwise.
Tim... Tim. What freegin' vegan hipster did you threaten for that hat in your studio? Oh and yeah yeah Tuk will be huge... you brought a little Thin Lizzy vibe... lol
Hey TIM!! I really think you should make a short video where perhaps you make a mistake or something... otherwise I’m gonna contact seti and inform them I have found alien life!

Nothing sounds better than two really great guitarists playing lead together. Well maybe one thing; three really great guitarists.
Tim, you are a national treasure.

Very good studio. Do you know which cab was used, ? the one mic up by the Sony C800
I would like to hear more about that Lazy J amp and your mini humbucker Goldtop.
TP kills as always. But that studio and their gear wow damn nice.
Edit: I pity the poor fool that has to play Tim’s parts live. Good luck bro...
Yessir! Great stuff
Is it just me, or does the string spacing on the B on the black LP look a bit off? Very cool video Tim!
Greg Comfort I saw that too! It was driving me crazy!
Wow. Tasty stuff!
Mirror shades in the studio. This guy has definitely studied Rockstar 101
Brilliant...
such a nice guy
whats the name of the song that you are playing with this guy "Tuk" ? I like it
Restless Hearts first album by any chance? Sounding awesome :)

4:05...who needs booze & drugs...they've got COOKIES in the studio! (probably the sign of a seasoned group of pros)
I can't find any evidence that this music was ever released on an album. Does someone know what happened?
hey i think i might have the best Rock album coming out too! haha
Fun. Studios like this make me think of the 90's when everybody got $100-250,000+ to record a record.
4:35 Tangeriiiine Tangerine lol
