I resonate so much with this video. I've been in my own journey regarding that and I absolutely agree with the trust you gain back. It's not even that you don't trust your body, is your body doesn't trust you... and It is definitely a slow journey and a healing journey and it's not something that comes fast, without hard work. It has been life changing for me, I feel like a 25years old again. I am so happy for you that you're in this journey too. Loved this video so much! I've been trying to improve my own wellness routine this year by working on my gut health, taking my vitamins, working out consistently, and of course eating properly. I personally love food and trying new things so I've never wanted to be restrictive of my diet and eat less. So I love how you said it's not about eating less but more so finding the right fuel for your body and what works for it. Took notes and definitely going to work on implementing some of your tips into my own routine and see how that helps because I also have issues with breaking out, insomnia and bloating. I’m in a muscle building phase to with my training and I don’t always feel like going to the gym but the minute I start I feel better or I just remember why I’m there and that each workout whether good or bad adds up

Great video💕. I sometimes struggle with my legs feeling like they can't move when I'm lying down and I recently got neck pain from sleeping in a really bad position, which gave a rye neck so this video is very helpful for me.

Great video. I love this. 😍 The way I changed my bad eating habits to good was I replaced one meal a week with a healthier one. After 3 months I was eating super healthy and i actually lost 20lbs, but the most important benefit was that my energy levels increased and I was sleeping MUCH better. 🌿
No literally all my issues was really down to having a proper diet I always was like when I eat so much food I feel better but I gain weight so I would cut down or starve myself than I would be stressed struggling with chronic pain , skin issues no sleep or sleeping too much my weight wouldn’t shift

Wait! The same thing happened to me - I went to the doctor complaining that I couldn’t breathe properly, they checked for all sorts of things and found out that I had an extra heart beat but that wasn’t really the issue. I started getting consistent sleep and cut out caffeinated coffee became mindful of breathing and now I can breathe😮

I LOVED this vlog! Have you heard of Glucose Goddess ? She gives a lot of little trick (like vinegar or veggies before meals) in order to lower glucose levels. It's so interesting! When I implement those I feel a real difference in my mood and in my energy levels as well. I love that it's been helping you lots too 🧡
Take this with a grain of salt but It really sounds like you could have PCOS. Can’t diagnose with bloods alone but an ultrasound would be needed as well. All the things you’re doing will be helping it. But irregular cycles, acne, insulin resistance, weight gain etc are all big signs
@@ashhhh4975 I had both internal and external ultra sound and no PCOS was found! My doctor was saying I might have suuuuuuper mild case of it which we are keeping at bay with blood sugar balancing habits ❤️
@@SophieJaynehave you been to an endocrinologist by any chance? They're experts on PCOS and other growth/hormone related disorders/illness. They might find more than your GP knows to look for ❤
Dietitian here - you only need 2 out of 3 diagnostic criteria met to have PCOS. Irregular cycles and elevated androgens (e.g. testosterone) is enough to diagnose (without having cystic ovaries). Hope this helps x
