Can you put a Samsung Pro SSD 4.0 in the 5.0 slot? I have only seen people put the SSD drive in that slot and ignore the others. I'm building right now, so any help is appreciated.
Hello Did you need to update the bios for that exact cpu intel i9 4th gen for that exact motherboard If yes will you please do I video on how to do it Thanks I bought both cpu and motherboard that you have in this video
How is the sound on that board ? I have the strix f z790 and it sounds kinda flat not a lot of bass , even if I use my audio interface with the thunderbolt add on card the sound signal is not very good.
Does this notherboard still have the same Asus problem where the top pcie 5.0 m2 slot reduces the gpu speed from x16 to x8? Not a big deal until you put in 3080+ tier gpus, but still annoying
All current Gen5.0 M.2 share lanes with 16x pcie reducing them to 8. Just use a gen 4.0 M.2, trust me you won't be missing anything also video cards today still don't utilize benefits from 16x pcie . not even the 4090
Hi there I’m close to buy this motherboard but I’m not sure what cpu to choose. I know I would go for i9 14900, but which version? I don’t want overclock. So normal without letter ok K, KS or which one? I mean about mhz as well because online can find confusing info’s. Some saying max 2.0mhz some 3.2. Please let me know.
I have a 14700” F” TDP 65W with no integrated GPU and a locked multiplier. Interesting to see some users are actively seeking to “undervolt” their “k/kf” to mitigate instability issues. This chip is a beast out of the box.
Hi. Thank you for the video. I exactly have the same MB and Memory 2x(2x16)@7200 Kingstone, but I only get 4200MHz. When I change the settings in BIOS to XMP enabled, system do not boot. How can we take advantage of these memories with 7200? I will appreciate your advice.
This combination is just a crime. I was using Z790 WiFi and i9-14900k and everything was fine for a month. Then apps started crashing, then BSOD then completely died.
Informative video, however, I would have liked it A LOT better if it were 2 minutes longer and you SLOWED DOWN. Having to stop and start the video to confirm what you just said is maddening.
I have that motherboard with a 14900k. It's been good. Although, mine has a bios bug that can't be fixed with bios updates. around 70% of the time i boot to bios, it freezes for 1 second every 2 seconds. It's annoying but I can still complete bios updates. If you plan to get this board and run anything faster than 7600mhz ddr5, don't do it. I've tested it with multiple CPU's, a 14900ks, and you will not get 8000 MT/s stable. trust me.

lol I’m stuck on the same question because I already placed it there and idk if that’s gonna make my pc under perform 😅

Thank you for the review. I ordered one today and will assemble the unit on the July 4th weekend.

Hey! Do I need to update Bios using 2 48gb ddr5 ram?

This has been tested, you only lose like 2-3fps on most games

Make sure put ram on standard sort as motherboard manual . 1st
Pick a RAM from the QVL list then enable DIMM FLEX
The First M2 key Slot Shared lanes with Grafik Card (8 lanes )

Sounds like it's overheating. Hope you figured it out

That's because (according to my research) the board is optimized up to DDR5 7200 (OC)
mmm, not for me. Thanks for sharing!
Esses Intel e de fugir consumo temperaturas e preço reparar que Intel lance algo que vale a pena e eficiente 350 e e um absurdo 😢
E o que tens a fazer arrefecimento? Consumo a qto puxas?
🥰🥰🥰🥰
hello there...... i was wondering who makes the case?
