If the gallbladder is missing or I have stones, it worsens the eyesight due to poor absorption of vitamins and minerals. In most cases, the eyesight worsens after the removal of the gallbladder. There is a need to take bile salts Nothing you recommend here will help if body its toxic full inflamation from proces food inflamantory food sugar, flour and vegetable oils, if insulin spikes and in life he uses chemicals or drinks top water, then he will always have poor absorption, the herb itself will not help if we do not change our lifestyle;) change our lifestyle, ketosis and autophagy, fasting ,omad or bile salt for absorbtion minerals if the gall bladder is missing, these are options for improvement sight and believe me, definitely not a carrot ;)

Crocuses, chamomile, rosemary, dandelion, fennel. I do grow these in Washington state some areas have easier abilities, growing certain plants than others. We cannot rely on the stores to protect us forever because it is too expensive. We must participate you can plant fennel in the ground, the entire plant, and it will start rooting out, you could get chamomile and there is lots of seeds in it and start growing it
Rosemary is easy get a 2 foot long piece strip off 6 inches of the leaves shove about 8 to 10 inches into the pot and it will start growing
Crocus that is saffron and you must seek out the plant in early spring as of today

My daughter is legally blind Retinitis Pigmentosis ( RP ) could only see about 5 feet in front of her and totally bind in the dark. After 2 months taking Moringa she can see about 14 feet in front of her. She can now see to walk across the room after the light is cut off at night, before she was afraid to walk 3 to 4 steps with the light out since she couldn't see. It's recommended to start Moringa with a low dose and slowly increase. She started at 400 mg is now taking 1200mg. Google Moringa for more information and where to purchase in your area.

But do you think that you could go back and let us know some of the top brands in these cures, how often to take them, who should not be taking them And any other information you can give us about the sources. Saffron how do you take saffron for your eyes? Is it cooked? Is it put into liquids? That’s just an example looking forward, hopefully that you get a chance along with your other followers to answer those questions, Tricia in Hawaii.
