It is based off the ideology of constitutional originalism. At the writing, white, straight males were the only recognized full people. Women and POC, indigenous people did not receive the same level of constitutional rights. That is how they want the US to be interpreted again.

Trump went through 4 years in office and still had vacant positions/offices that he never appointed anyone to fill. Knowing this, it baffles me how we want to increase those appointees from hundreds into tens of thousands. This sounds like an short sided idea that would create massive disruptions and turbulence into tens if not hundreds of agencies that keep that would create downstream havoc and uncertainty for commercial, agricultural, tech, industrial, defense, financing sectors. One can only imagine what that would mean for our economy, national security among other national interests.
From what was explained to me those people will be hired to essentially fire them and have what would be the “supervisor” over that department and in short all of those will be of said Republican Party then the agenda can be put into action. I hope this was to scattered. I’m trying to keep this comment from being deleted.

The Heritage Foundation says it has enough to replace 9K civil servants on day one (Yeah right. ) Which is NOT enough for their plan. So you're quite right, that process would actually take a long time and disrupt EVERYTHING.

They are taking applications, vetting, and teaching people what to do.
