I like using Kelp to wrap hot sandwiches. Also not bad just rolled up and dipped into sauces/dips, or ground into a powder and used as bulk/filler in strong flavored sauces and puddings.
Those chemicals mentioned in the video are all nutrients that we are meant to eat. It's just not good to have too much (as with all things). Unfortunately, the water currently has too much of those things (for sea life), and not enough of others.

The kelp cleans the sea by absorbing the pollution, lead etc....is it safe to then eat?
