  • If you have knee pain when you workout you may be as annoyed as I am with all these so-called knee friendly workouts. Low impact is a great start but it's not always enough when dealing with knee pain.
    In this video I'll explain why you may need both low impact and less pressure on your knee joint while exercising and several examples of how to do that so you get a great workout without pain! No lunges and no squats needed!
