Eventide Instant Phaser PS101 for Richard

Here is a demo of Richard's Eventide Instant Phaser, which wasn't working but now is! I decided to feature its mom, the Eventide Instant Phaser prototype, hand-built in 1970 by the founder of Eventide, Richard Factor.

That’s amazing! I think I like the sound of the prototype the best. Very powerful phasing! I own the Eventide FL-201 Flanger, along with a 910 and 949 harmonizer. (I’m a bit of a fan)! Such an innovative company.

Those would definitely be older. So maybe this is the third rack effect? Certainly the first mass produced one.

@@foleytronics Not exactly a "rack" effect, but Countryman also made a half-rack studio phaser that predated Eventide's and were used in a lot of recording studios in late 60s/70s.
