    I almost cried in this workout because I am so THANKFUL that I am getting stronger and more flexible and more mobile. This is one to take on vacation. No equipment needed. Thank you, PJ.

    Loved loved LOVED this workout! At first I felt really tight in my hips but by the end I felt amazing! Also, thanks LH for the pop in , you got me laughing 🤣

    For someone who's been with you a while, it initially seemed like this workout was too easy---no weights? And on the 26th day of the 28-day challenge? But then at the end you talked about how important it is to be able to do these moves with just bodyweight. I love how you give such useful information and explain things! 😊💕 You're a fantastic teacher 💗
    I love how LH made an appearance too, and how he makes you laugh! 🥰 You two are adorable together 💗

    My weak knees, from many years of playing squash, really needed this workout - slightly slower, I was able to concentrate on my mobility. Perfect!

    Did this a day ahead on our Patreon workout calendar! I have to tell you that the deep squats and the deep side lunges have saved me from sciatica. I no longer suffer from that dreadful problem since getting back on the workout horse with PJ. Wonderful LH cameo...can he come to my house next. I've got a lot of projects!!! xo

    I LOVE THE REACH AND SQUAT!!!!!!! And then you upped it with the alt arm reach!!!! Wonderful!!!! I do this stretch when I’m traveling and my back starts to get tight.

    Day 26 done! This was kind of different, but effective. Mixing the mobility drills with the strength really allowed me to go deeper on my squats and lunges. I'm kind of amazed at how much strength and mobility I've gained in my hips and lower body in the last year or so. A year ago I wasn't able to do that 90-90 mobility drill- today I did it with ease :) Thanks PJ!

    Still L-O-V-E this workout! I did this barefoot (which I do for all strength workouts now), and found I could go deeper with the side lunges barefoot (same with the clams---I found having shoes on messed with the "footwork"). Great to see LH pop in again! 😂❤

    Nice felt loosen, though I can’t seemed to perfect that 99 stretch , have to go back to it some time. Thank you PJ for constant reminder during the exercise. Regards to your better half and your diva dogs George and Bella. Day 26 done

    This is amazing I've seen a vast improvement in my mobility and flexibility. My hips and ankle have been so tight of recent, I've found that I can sit crossed leg during the workouts again and also sit back on my heels. Thank you so much PJ😁

    Really loved this one! Made me realise I definitely have one glute a lot stronger than the other. Could this be why my lower back struggles with squats sometimes? Thanks so much PJ 😊

      Low back dysfunction could be from a lot of things, but muscle imbalance and poor firing glutes are a couple of big ones.

    Struggled with this one, shoulder not good on shoulder clams and deep hips squats were hard, maybe I’m a bit stiff today! Onwards and upwards though, loving this challenge PJ 🎉

    I still have tennis elbow issues, so not doing weights, this maybe a good one to do while my one arm is getting better.

    I definitely felt stronger on one side than the other of my body while doing some of these moves. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to get out of the deep squat and reach without using my arms to push myself up, but I could do it! I don’t remember if I was able to do that move a month ago. Also, I like the goblet squat pulse. Thanks, PJ!❤

      I recommend a side lunge. So don't go as deep as I do during the cussack lunge. 👍

    Omg this was tough where's my hips 😆😂 and my legs lol 😆😂
    I honestly thought the 90/90 and kneel no problem lol 😂😆😂 was I wrong I'm stif as an ox 😂😆😆😂 I had to put my hands down to get up on my knees a few times I was like what the heck........lol
    Seriously need more mobility drills like this omg lol 😂😆😂😂 all that work and my mobility is terrible
    Anyway.....HEY LH when you going to grace us with your presence and do a workout........why not for the craic (fun of it) lol 😂😆😆😂

    I liked this workout, but my knees really struggled, they just don’t like the side movements and going down too far, but it was a great workout when I didn’t have to create my own plan B. 🤪 I listened to my body though.

    That 90-90 drill is just so uncomfortable. I never had great turnout as a teen in ballet class, so I think my hips are naturally tight. In fact, one hip whispers that it may not last a lifetime, though I'll do my damnedest to preserve it. Thanks, PJ.
