Did this a day ahead on our Patreon workout calendar! I have to tell you that the deep squats and the deep side lunges have saved me from sciatica. I no longer suffer from that dreadful problem since getting back on the workout horse with PJ. Wonderful LH cameo...can he come to my house next. I've got a lot of projects!!! xo
I LOVE THE REACH AND SQUAT!!!!!!! And then you upped it with the alt arm reach!!!! Wonderful!!!! I do this stretch when I’m traveling and my back starts to get tight.
Day 26 done! This was kind of different, but effective. Mixing the mobility drills with the strength really allowed me to go deeper on my squats and lunges. I'm kind of amazed at how much strength and mobility I've gained in my hips and lower body in the last year or so. A year ago I wasn't able to do that 90-90 mobility drill- today I did it with ease :) Thanks PJ!

Still L-O-V-E this workout! I did this barefoot (which I do for all strength workouts now), and found I could go deeper with the side lunges barefoot (same with the clams---I found having shoes on messed with the "footwork"). Great to see LH pop in again! 😂❤

I thought a no weights strength workout would be easy. I was wrong! Loved the range of mobility and strength exercises in this workout. PJ does it again!!

This is amazing I've seen a vast improvement in my mobility and flexibility. My hips and ankle have been so tight of recent, I've found that I can sit crossed leg during the workouts again and also sit back on my heels. Thank you so much PJ😁

Struggled with this one, shoulder not good on shoulder clams and deep hips squats were hard, maybe I’m a bit stiff today! Onwards and upwards though, loving this challenge PJ 🎉
I definitely felt stronger on one side than the other of my body while doing some of these moves. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to get out of the deep squat and reach without using my arms to push myself up, but I could do it! I don’t remember if I was able to do that move a month ago. Also, I like the goblet squat pulse. Thanks, PJ!❤

I liked this workout, but my knees really struggled, they just don’t like the side movements and going down too far, but it was a great workout when I didn’t have to create my own plan B. 🤪 I listened to my body though.
That 90-90 drill is just so uncomfortable. I never had great turnout as a teen in ballet class, so I think my hips are naturally tight. In fact, one hip whispers that it may not last a lifetime, though I'll do my damnedest to preserve it. Thanks, PJ.

Low back dysfunction could be from a lot of things, but muscle imbalance and poor firing glutes are a couple of big ones.
