Venture 4wd is a great channel!! One of my favorites. Chris has a fantastic way of capturing his adventures using just a camera and tripod. His subtle sense of humor and overall love for the adventure is why I return every week to watch!

Ha! I recognized Chris's Jeep immediately. Once again - Another great video. Kevin; watching you and Sarah inspired me to stop dreaming and actually GO. It was watching Chris's videos that gave me the courage to go solo overlanding. I just finished two months of non-stop overlanding in Arizona. Now I'm trying to get back home to Galveston, TX so I can surprise my mom for Mother's Day.

Woohoo Papa Bear of Lifestyle Overland and Chris from Venture4WD hook up to explore the great state of Utah. How awesome is that? Two of my favorite RUclips channels hook up. Me thinks "adventure is a foot". We just bought a 2018 4Runner off road. I love your bed set up, think I will try to do something similar for my rig. Looks like just the right set up for a weekend excursion.
I can smell the desert air. I am jealous. Reminds me of the time I lived in the Big Bend years ago. Greata stuff.

Love the collaboration with Venture 4wd... as I mentioned in Chris's vid of this trip, I would pretty much kill to go 4 wheeling with either of you. (the constant stopping for pics might be a prob though - lol) I tried out my sleep system in the back of the Jeep Grand Cherokee Tuesday night - in my yard. turns out my sleeping pad is too hard, but I had fun and slept pretty decent. only minor flashbacks to when I was homeless in the '90s (and a weird dream where a dog was licking the windows to get in so I could pet him)... KUTGW
Great video through and through. Would’ve liked to have seen Silver’s attempts at the features Chris easily scales in Orangey. As a Jeep to 4R convert, I was curios to see how they compared 1:1.

Like I said on Chris's video, I love the focus on geology! It's one of the many driving forces that gets me out there. Check out Nick Zentner, he is a geology professor with tons of videos on the Pacific northwest on his RUclips channel.
Two questions, first, what app is best to find trails and campsites for overlanding, second, what do you use to mount the patches to your roof???

The scenery in Utah is unreal. I have lived in New Mexico my whole life and I have explored a lot of land here. But this is unreal to see everything Utah is throwing at you guys.
Now I don't know whether I'm looking at a true rare or med rare and if you go all tricky in the post edit and over-saturate that sucker then I'll truly have no reference. Never mind. Looks tasty. Carry on.
First time seeing your video. New subscriber. Like the adventure. But the cooking. You overcooked asparagus and the mushrooms and you should have taken more time with your steak

I like the gas fire pit, but wonder how well it stores away for travel? It seems bulky.

I wish you would have featured Chris more in this video. Seems like he was such a small part of the video and and I’m wondering what the point in collabing with him was. I love both channels though.
They could have parked one truck and used one. Then they could talk and film and enjoy time together.
