- The Stock Radiator On My Mk2.5 Mx5 burst! today I replace it upgrading to an aluminium radiator to prevent this happening again! this seems to be a common problem with mx5's was both my Mk1 and Mk2.5 have suffered the same fate.
Looking for one of these ? give Mcg autostyling an email or message on facebook they don't stock it on their website!

when i had my old mk1 my coolant was always dirty/brown colored . what solved it for me was using CarLube Radiator flush and taking off and cleaning out the reservoir with warm soapy water (leave set over night) then rinse out with a hose or pressure washer and your good to go . could be worth a try ;)
Ill deff try that! Does it flush inside the engine aswell or just tha actual readiator ?
@@AndrewRegan1219 yeh i put the flush in and let my car run for about 20 mins and then drained and refiled . you can find the instrustions on the back of the bottle or here www.tetconnect.com/images/stories/virtuemart/documents/RAF301_PIS.pdf
Ahh cool thanks! Didnt know that you ran the car with it in it, that will most likely flush the inside aswell then
@@AndrewRegan1219 yeh the car will warm up and once the thermostat turns on it will pull the water all through the engine . thats how it flushes out the whole system , but it worked a treat for me . glad i could help bro ;)
Hi Andrew,
I am trying to install it on my Miata as well. Do you know which lower mounted hole should the radiator use on the chassis? My car got 2 sets holes at the bottom.
What front lip is that or splitter
