I was very humbled by how forceful and hardworking the people I spoke to on this adventure are. I just pray that all their dreams will come true. As there is nothing more disappointing than a crushed dream.
@MickeyAgyei of cause it's your vanity song, now u have it as your intro song on your channel, Eii ey3 as3m ooo! Lol. When I first saw u with Ekow Simpson and heard your name, that's the first song that came to my mind, and I just broke into the clap too! My older sister's daughter is also Nicknamed Mickey by her friends, short for her name.

I'm like you...I'm not well versed in inner Kumasi. I think a lot of the foods that seem new have been brought down from the North with increased migration to Souther Ghana. I'm just guessing because much like you...I don't recall hearing about a lot of those foods growing up.
Yeah. I was very protected by my mum growing up so I got to know a bit more about Kumasi recently. That is why I'm being adventurous now to catch up. I think you are right about the foods.
I can really relate to you, Mickey. Looks like I've also lived a v sheltered life!! Boy!! Never ventured these areas as a teenager! Hey! The flour & pepper donuts threw me!😮 And also wasawasa, never seen that before. I know about tubani, which is similar to the Nigerian moimoi. But the Ghanaian one is made with kidney beans & not black eyed beans, I think. Hope the scrap dealers have had their tetanus jabs ooo😒 Vibrant community & real hustling going on there. Wish the gutters would be covered though. Guess the sanitation inspectors are on break!! Lord have mercy!!!🙆🏾♀️ Many thanks Mr & Mrs Mikey 😊❤
Yes, my mum kept me from exploring Ghana. I actually got to explore the world before getting to know parts of Ghana. Yeah the drains in Ghana never got covered. And I don't remember the last time I saw sanitation officers.
@@MickeyAgyei Here’s a thought. Consider living in perhaps Placencia,Belize and running an import business from Ghana. Or whatever business. Let’s imagine you have a trustworthy team in Ghana. Because the business is affording them a good life they would guard it dearly. Of course you would visit Ghana from time to time. It’s just me and I’m from a totally different environment but after watching the video and those muddy streets, I wonder if you really see yourself living there? Yes, I know you would not live exactly right there but you know what I mean? I’m just having fun here and making up ideas lol !
@@onedirection3510 Nah it's a good submission but trust me this is not all Ghana. Ghana is way better for me than Belize will be economic wise. And it's way safer security and weather wise. Nothing against Belize but Ghana suits me better.
@@onedirection3510😄 hopefully he shows us more parts of Kumasi and you get to understand that not every part of Ghana is like this. I live in this same Kumasi and have never been to the parts he showed. I remember having to do some work at Manhyia hospital and being surprised at the number of tuktuks. I hadn’t seen any place like it, and I live in the same Ashanti region. He can live very comfortably here in Ghana. I respect their hustle.
I hope to be in Kumasi in about a year. Looking for friends.
@@agneim Oh ok. You can link up and we can meet if I'm around.

Thank you 🙏🏾
Thank you for the video. Informative with good filming. Thanks
Thank you very much 🙏🏾
Hello Mickey really enjoyed you traveling around with your wife showing us the hood there in Kumasi. Ensuring a little of the history as well.
Thanks very much.
Opportunities!!! What the Africa youth seeks! We pray we get them in our homeland to prevent this mass exodus.....kudos!
Yes and I know they will be ready to take them.
Good job once again. Go Mickey! Mickey u so fine.......im sure u can finish the song. U sing and i do the clap! Lol.

This type of therapy is definitely needed. Keep talking E.S. but mix it up a bit. Appreciate you both. Stay well.
What is E.S? Thanks.

Thank you Aunty.
Great content. Indeed you can find anything you want in this place. Thanks so much for taking us along
Thanks so much for your support. I really appreciate it.
Most people could not survive in such conditions. One would have to be able to endure a tremendous amount of hardship. Super tough life.
Yep. The system equips you to deal with hardship so when given a chance, they flourish.

Not a bad idea. Just put plans and strategies together and move in your own pace.
Alabar has quite deteriorated. It used to be a thriving community primarily made up of Yorubas in my youth.

Hey mickey
Hello bro.
Is that Nkrumah's Garden City???😮😮😮😂😂😂 Unbelievable
Well a part of it. Just like every city in this world, there are the Trassacos or the Cantonments and there are the James Towns. It's everywhere.
Why would you even have the thought that they were lazy?
I'm one of them...and I never thought they were lazy.
