Still, that's a crazy 1-2 servings per minute, even without messing up. Soma managed to do 192 servings in 33 minutes, which is close to 6 servings per minute.

If it makes you feel better, sunny side up can be tricky, especially if you're like me and want the whites fully cooked. For me, putting the pan's lid on helps. The steam cooks the whites before it can cook the yolk so you have a better sucess rate. But I have a glass lid which makes guaging doneness easier.

As a Chilean myself, I can tell that is unfortunately true...
It does taste great, but still I'd wish they avoided adding antibiotics and stuff to the salmon.
Do you know if all salmon that is sold in Chile have preservatives inside it? Or is it only the ones that are sold for shipment over seas? Im just curious.
@@VibrationCrystals There are supermarkets were they sell "antibiotic free" salmon, but it's more expensive than the regular one. Now, when it comes to exportation... I honestly have no idea. I guess it depends on whether or not the fish farms they come from use antibiotic/chemichal treatment.
@@VibrationCrystals All of them, sadly. As someone that has seen the salmon industry in Chille really close, it is kind of an issue so they do it to all of the salmons; if you get like an "organic fish" it is really rare and expensive also
I am an amateur of course, but for exported fish I would feel safer eating salmon with antibiotics... and eat fresh preservatives-free fish on the fish market.

Its definitely POSSIBLE, just not with his method using out dates technically that needed hands on use (ie, time wasted)

The food looked amazing and close to the anime version. The chef (Shouma-san) is really put so much effort and kindly explained to us the details as much as possible 😊 very kind of him.
