Yeah because hogs are a pest and are really damaging. However you really have to go out of your way to hunt a moose. What a disgrace, honestly. Why don’t they go hunting for bears or cougars instead of killing this lovely majestic beast.
most of them kill because they like it. I can't judge because I eat meat myself, but for some reason i want to take their weapons and beat the shit out of anyone who enjoy killing an animal.
staslig agreed.... I dont agree with hunting unless they are doing SOMETHING with the meat.. they need to either eat it themselves, or give it away to someone who wants or NEEDS it. Because I do understand the thrill of the HUNT,... but the act of KILLING another creature and enjoying it is deplorable. The act of HUNTING down a creature, and getting the best of that creature in its own habitat is wonderful and fulfilling.
Bewildering Truth Seeker I am sure they eat it, sell it or give it away and I am sure they are congratulating them selves on how good people they are because of it. And even though I would much rather eat meat from a hunt than from factory farms and if I could eat meat from my own hunt it would be even better, since I hate factory farms even more than hunters. I am a hypocrite and I know it, but people who enjoy killing animals have a serious flaw in their personality.
lack of empathy is the sign of a psychopathy if they do not eat it or donate to people who could use the food its a waste but also since my dad has hunted the bigger the animal the worse it tastes so why take a big trophy animal
You guys do realize if you kill big game and do not eat it in most states it's highly illegal right? Wanted waste I think it's called. Anyone who does that is a poacher. One way or another the meat is used. They take it themselves or donate it.
I came here after binge watching The Last Alaskans. If they eat the moose, then fine. In fact, every pound of wild meat eaten reduces demand for industrially raised and slaughtered protein. From that perspective, the hunters are more humane and more environmentally sound consumers than those of us who go get beef or chicken at the grocery store or eat out at a restaurant.
Now I love hunting. But I dont like people who hunts "only" for a trophy. I know why people do it and I get it it is really rewarding. Bow i can't possibly know if this was only for a trophy or for meat but this was an excellent shot. And hunting with an bow I really respect. It gives the animal a second chance wich I think Is fair. Good video!
Yeah... Y would anyone thinks of having the head of an animal u just killed stares at u while u sleep... That'll creep me out!!!... And plus hunting is for food... Not accessories
Damn. I don't even like hunting, but that was a clean shot!!!!, (i guess?) I really didn't think you'd kill it with one arrow (?) And thought, what's the point of injuring an animal and letting it run back into the wild. Bit guess you guys got it
it's always an awesome feeling when you call in a big bull moose like what we just seen . that takes a lot of patience. I remember just calling for the sake that i could . seeing that big moose running towards me was awesome . people actually stop to watch this happen . the moose was actually 10 yards from me . loved it .
I totally agree. If I want to listen to rock, I will watch a music video. Many people making these videos just don't get it. I guess that's why they are amateurs.
@@Steadfastly7 - guess it is done as it "seems cool" and "everyone is doing it" so all such videos look the same. I am hunting myself andf I completly understand the joy of geting your "prey" after all that effort and time put into it - it is NOT easy (for the ones that think a rifle and a scope does all the wonders...). It is however about how we express that joy in a respectfull manner towards the fallen animal and towards the hunt in itself. Rock'n roll and high fives are - in my view - trivialising the hunting and makes us all look bad in the (already agrevated) eyes of anti-hunting groups.
Now the creature won’t die and rot into the ground somewhere. Its glorious head and antlers will be seen for many many years so that others can see that nature is real and grand and deserves respect. Respect is sustainable harvesting, conservation, and laws that protect the environment from businesses and developers who want to make everything real estate.
U not save them???u just laying on your bed and watching them being hunted.....I think there should be no problem for hunters cause all of that animal we eat and make some money for our family

kiburi21 well hunting isn't exactly the most accesible, fast, lucrative task and this society rewards sitting braindead in an office over hunting if it is so easy then go out on a random day and decide to hunt and see how far you get if you can even find your way out the woods
