Los Angeles’ Kia Forum has rarely seen a night quite like it did on Sunday when Tom Brady rolled into town.
”The Greatest Roast of All Time” promised fireworks, if nothing else. It certainly delivered, with celebrity after celebrity shrouding the former Patriots icon in endless barbs.
Brady tended to be a good sport during the encounter, although there were certainly some tense moments - namely, Brady’s confrontation with Jeff Ross after the veteran jokester made one too many jokes about Robert Kraft’s purported exploits in massages.
There were a number of standout performers on Sunday night. Kevin Hart and Nikki Glaser turned up the heat on football’s greatest-ever thrower, routinely throwing digs toward the deterioration of Brady’s former marriage with Gisele Bundchen. Bill Belichick also showcased his legendary sense of humor, an aspect many will be hoping to see in his post-coaching tenure.
Brady took the cake on Sunday, though, admitting to certain wrongdoings involving footballs with slightly less air pressure than one would like.

Tom Brady had to be a good sport on Sunday as he got brutally mocked by a number of his friends and comedians during a Netflix roast.
Many jokes during the star-studded show, titled The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady, poked fun of the former NFL star's, 46, divorce from model Gisele Bundchen, 43, and her moving on with Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente, 35.
Nikki Glaser, 39, was one of the comedians who roasted the athlete about his split during the special.

Yes I’m sure there were some awkward moments when he thought what the hell did I decide to do this for, but in the end he took it and made the best of it.

I believe Netflix has personally done a few. No, not sure which, but you can check. I know they did a pretty funny show with "historical" roasts. Celebrities dressed like famous historical figures and were roasted by comedians... The best? Gilbert Gottfried was Adolf Hitler! I believe he roasted Anne Frank! (No double meaning intended. Anne Frank died of sickness, not gassing.)

I've never really been a fan of roasts. They actually leave me feeling a little sad but that's just me. However, it's refreshing to see no holds barred comedy in this day and age.

I was waiting for this review since I saw the roast last night.
Roasts are meant to be harsh! I think they get pretty nasty at times but mostly hilarious! They say the things we may think of the person but would never say to their face. Yes, they all signed up to take it! Kim knew what she was getting into! No holding back. So called offended people just shouldn't watch or maybe they just need something to gripe about.
The only thing Brady seemed to take offense to was the Jeff Ross comment about Robert Kraft. Brady did not like that sh*t.
I didn't feel bad for Tom Brady but felt bad for his kids mostly then Gronk. However Gronk stand-up was my favorite, so honest but funny. My least favorite was Ben Affleck, he just roasted some online troll the whole time. 🤦♂️
I thought Ben would be funnier. He's funny as himself on Bill Maher's shows and on all late night shows. I think he was nervous.
Omg, my husband and I just finished this 3 hour behemoth of a roast and for the first time in a long time, I bellyache laughed and as a 39-year-old mom of 3, even pissed my pants laughing!! 😅😅😅 Netflix outdid Comedy Central's "The Roast of..."!!! I CAN'T WAIT for the next one!! Kevin Hart, Nikki Glasser (sp?), Sam Jay, Tony Hinchcliffe, and surprisingly even Dana White and Gronk, were all excellent! The Ron Burgundy bit went over my head just because I haven't watched Weatherman in years, so it kind of fell flat for me. But overall, I LOVED IT and we laughed SO HARD!
Unfortunately, Ron Burgundy missed the mark at this roast. He was probably the least funniest of the night.
