They act out in revenge, then attempt to protect their image with a comment completely in conflict with what they just said or did. They are constantly shifting. reality to whatever makes them look good in the moment. It's maddening! Brad is investigated by the FBI and is cleared, Angelina sues FBI to punish them for not agreeing with her but mainly look like she was wronged as "an abused revictimized woman". Later pretends she never meant for Brad to be charged. No??!!That's some BS there for sure. Which is it? It can't be both. Then sells shares to Russian business to spite former husband- revenge- looks bad to public and courts. Now she's trying to distract and detract from that bad press with new abuse allegations! very true! I had a coworker long ago that was exactly as you describe. She predatorily went after her then husband (bragged about it to me) when he was in a committed relationship (although he wasn't married). When they got married she flirted constantly to get attention, with coworkers and even high school students!, often wore low cut outfits to work, always accused HIM of flirting and suspicions of cheating, and when they finally broke up, she of course humiliated him, posting degrading things on fb and made a lavish party to celebrate her divorce called 'F**k Charlie.' She turned almost everyone against him. She was vicious but portrayed herself as the good wife. But as her co-worker, I saw this woman show off her cleavage to high school boys so I knew better! What I mean by that is she, while wearing revealing tops (and she had a great body), would bend forward when talking to them so they could see down her shirt. She was in charge of occasional after school programs and there was one boy that wouldn't leave her alone, afterwards would hang out by her desk and talk for hours until closing. btw, she is popular af on facebook. everyone loves her especially the women. It's pretty disgusting. She's also a compulsive gossip. 😂

When she called social services on him (which she should have) and when she called the Today show (watch it--Kathy Lee Gifford announced it) Brad decided that he wouldn't go back to her. I am haunted by the movie they did together called By The Sea? It was them playing themselves and it was such a dark, dark feeling. Something really changed with her I feel. It's like her personality evaporated.

My son has been going through a similar situation with his ex-wife. Her story kept changing, when one thing didn't work, she came up with another. She is still FIGHTING the court's ruling, even knowing the kids want Dad in their lives. She tries to get the kids to "collect" pictures, video, etc and tracks them when they are with my son. My son is like Brad, he is just letting her hang herself (which she did) being patient and not reacting to her behavior and attempts she makes to create an issue. He only responds to something related to the kids, not her CONSTANT attacks. BTW we live in CA, so........!

Don't worry. It will eventually backfire on her when the kids turn 18 they will flee to their dad, and will realise that it was her all along that was brainwashing and speaking badly about their dad. When they actually start living with their dad without her, they will realise who the sane, and enjoyable parent is. I was in an dv marriage and at the end nothing but our safety mattered. When I left, I left everything behind, with only the clothes on our backs. To this day and empty small room with an air mattress and peace of mind was the greatest.

She predatorily went after her then husband (bragged about it to me) when he was in a committed relationship (although he wasn't married). Yes and that was during a time when the presumption was the mother's had physical custody of the kids with dads getting very little. She turned those kids against their dad bc she was scorned.
And now AJ is doing the same thing. Difference is, society has been slowly moving towards the presumption that physical custody is 50/50 and then work from there.
