Exploring Alnwick by car and on foot

Join us on a street tour of the market town of Alnwick in Northumberland, including part of its network of passageways.
Who can identify the entrance to its long gone Bird Cage Club?
Look out for the former Gazette office where yesterday's news is today's fish and chip paper.
Spot the vacant home furnisher's premises which once featured a cafeteria where toasted teacakes were served in silver dishes.
And keep an eye out for the solicitor's offices, disused since 2003, where time stood still.
There's lots more than its famous castle to see in this ancient town.

Moved from Alnwick in 96..down south....You know what they say..'' You can take the lad from Alnwick,But you can't take Alnwick away from the lad...Would move back in a heart beat..
