I LOVE this boat. She’s so much fun to play. I die a lot, mostly because I’ll get wrapped up in a slug fest and get nuked after I’ve dropped the red DD, but it’s still a wild ride. Definitely worth the GXP if you’ve got it! (Now I just want a cool skin on her like the Loyang got. Lanterns looked awesome for the Pan-Asian fleet… I wonder what a Pan-Euro Fries would get hanging from the guide lines? Mugs of beer??? Please?)

In the Friesland/Loyang campaign I chose Loyang (wasnt sure about gunboat only DDs working). Wasnt thrilled when they brought Loyang back for GXP and not the Friesland. I am about 20k from 750k (I bought the Stalingrad (upset about that now with the addition of the Des Moines), which was the equivalent of 2 T7 and 1 T6 ships for GXP, and already have all the T6s and below, plus a few T7's). I was saving up for Tirpitz this time, but with the Friesland available, will be going with it. Great video!

It would appear WG is going to revamp legendary level. With current legendary becoming tier 8 and the 'new legendary' will be those ships on PC tier XI aka Super Ships. Which makes sense. WG can import more ships at tier 8, which are the current tier 9 and 10 on PC and more premiums means more money. And use the tier XI ships for the bureau since there are not that many in-game and probably take 6 months or more to unlock.

In 1962, the destroyer participated in the Dutch-Indonesian dispute over the ownership of the western part of New Guinea Island. In 1979, Friesland was decommissioned and sold for scrap.

MBRB isnt quantified in any DPM charts, so yeah Fantasque damage output gets insane during that short time

Me not Derka but play Premium ships with ship and global booster on em. This will give you the most
What he said....if you're limited on boosters then save them for T5 or T6 ships that you also do well in when playing!
I bought the Atalanta with my with my first 500k gxp it's great for earning silver and gxp. Also campaign ships are good but you have to buy them for real money. You just have to play the game a lot tbh
Get this ships range out to 13km and you'll have more consistent games.
I think you made a mistake, friesland doesn't have a top speed of 26 knots which becomes 28 with conrad.
Stock speed is 26 knots.
That's without speed flag or engine boost.
Velocious with Conrad boosts that to 28.6 on my 14/2 commander
@@DerkaGames Nice video. One thing I would like to add is that Friesland's stock speed is 36 kts and could be increased by 8% using the engine boost.
The only thing I disagree with are the American smoke screens being the best. I would argue the Italians or British are better (mainly UK). But it comes to play style.
I could agree with that as well. British smoke screen short cool down is really really good

@@DerkaGames Yes, it is. But if you go with another destroyer, the only real advantage against the friesland is to have more concealment, to spot it.
@@DerkaGames one of the strongest teams, is a Friesland with another well concealed destroyer forward and a Mino or Wors for cover.
