If you wanted to put an island in the kitchen IKEA do a class moveable island that isn’t too big and then if had people over and wanted more room you can just move it out of the way 😁

Done that nice, i would hide the tv cable in the wallmin the lounge. fully tile the bathroom (not just one wall). I know grey is in but there is lots of grey going on. Maybe add in some yellow which goes nice with grey.

I’m expected to move into my first property (hopefully) sometime this year (I suffer with chronic genetic disabilities, so sadly I’m unable to rent privately due to lack of adaptions made to the property.. so I’m waiting on a little bungalow in my town / a local village so those adaptions can be made !), so this house tour was absolutely amazing, especially all of the links! Thanks so much for letting us into your beautiful home. I grew up on a farm & miss the countryside so much, it’s so peaceful isn’t it?! That view is stunning by the way! You’ll have to get a lovely outdoor lounge / dining set for the summer to enjoy the views. Have you thought of paving over a portion of the garden closest to the back door area? You could have it as a seating /BBQ area in the summer. I’m sure you’ve spoken about it, but I’m always curious to know what others do with their gardens! My mum was very green fingered & I was lucky enough to grow up in a lovely garden.. I wish I’d inherited that ability haha! wow, you have done an amazing job your home is absolutely beautiful. i left the countryside to live in london, but i do remember how quiet and peaceful it is when i go back to my dads in the summer!! and the space is huge too!! you dont get much for your money in london but i just love the lifestyle.

An island and a dog 😀😀 also maybe plant a tree in the back yard and put a table, chairs so you can have coffee or barbecues when the weather is good
