Hi could u teach tisue culture techniques for people who don't have all this equipment n r based at home with simple n easy tissue culture process for a range of plants
To perform tissue culture experiments you need some basic facilities including culture area, maintenance area, basic equipment and machine, and chemicals like MS media, agar, PGRs, etc.
Thank you for this video, it was very encouraging, so I have ordered my starter kit and looking forward to getting other basic equipment as well soon. I would appreciate it very much if you could show us what portion of the plant is best used for callus multiplication and then show us the shooting and rooting stages too. is using a shaker a lot better than not using one?
Using a shaker is better as it provides you a homogenous solution.

Just asking, can potassium permanganate be used in the sterilization process in plant tissue culturing.
Don't you need to rinse the explant after bleach rinse?
