After embarking on a camping trip where Adam was able to prove to his boss that he could get just as much work done remotely, Adam and Janelle decided to sell their house and give nomadic living a try. They purchased this 1982 Silver Streak, knowing they were about to undertake a huge renovation project, and it turned out so beautifully. Their new & improved home on wheels features a large couch that transforms into a full-size bed for epic movie nights, a remodeled kitchen with a double sink and tons of countertop space, plus an apartment-sized fridge. Not to mention a coffee nook, a bathroom with a full shower, a dedicated workspace, and a bedroom. Complete with beautiful flecks of yellow throughout the entire house, it's easy to see why this Silver Streak has become the perfect home on wheels for Adam & Janelle.

You mentioned $20k for a new camper. That’s about right for something about 20 ft but not a trailer the size of what you have. Prices for RV’s have gone of the chart as more people choose the nad lifestyle. Even a conversion van can run over $100k (depending on what’s in it) . You got a great deal and in spite of the headaches it’s a lovely re-do. Great job and I hope you have many great adventures! God bless you both. Be safe!

It looks so nice. It doesn’t even look like a camper anymore. I think it needs to be called a Tiny House. Sure looks cozy feeling, but not cramped. Jealous!! :)

Hey you two! You both did an amazing job creating this home on wheels. So many creative touches and I saw no wild colors - I think the colors are just perfect - fresh and light. I saw some very clever storage and love that you kept some of the original furnishings. I wish you could have shown people some of the photos from when you had the entire upper portion hanging above the trailer and doing all that work at the beginning - people would be astonished! Where is the crazy color? It is still adorable. I guess I like color a lot more. The blond wood gives it a retro look. And the dear are so cute.
I noticed the natural wood when she opened the pantry door. It is a pity when seeing these sort of videos that all the natural wood colour gets covered under white and sometimes grey.

Hey there troll! 🤣She's 34' long, quite the beast! We pulled her with our 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 diesel and can hardly tell she's even back there.

She's 34' long and can be towed to a state park, we personally don't like to tow her much though because she's irreplaceable to us. And the couch is the Flöttebo from Ikea, it's been discontinued I believe though
