This is the first tiny home I’ve seen that I think I could actually live in. I love that kitchen and the split level. It doesn’t look like a tiny home inside
This home is absolutely gorgeous! It’s the best set up I’ve seen. She has decorated it beautifully and I can see why she’s in love with it. I hope she finds the land she wants. It would be great to see a follow-up.
One of the nicest designs I have seen. The raised area is exceptional, ground floor bedroom w/built in storage & walk in closets. The bathroom is just right! The loft w/regular stairs & extra room is also awesome!
I think this is my very favorite tiny home I’ve ever seen ! It is so pretty ! 🌸💕😃👏 the pretty storage cubbies , her colors , that entertainment wall , the corner sink with display cabinet are great features . Love how she had to retain her Grandmas desk and other beautiful pieces that are a connection to her life , so meaningful , this would add to quality of life for myself .
I’m just excited there’s a second loft for my 2 cats, I can’t believe how great the space was utilized throughout the home, so much storage. Never thought about a raised living room but it’s so cozy, love it.
I think this is the best layout of a tiny home I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe how much storage it has. Beautiful! And the fact that it has a downstairs bedroom, right next to the bathroom… that part totally sells it for me. Also, the kitchen has everything that a regular sized house has and full sized appliances, plus a movable island. I’m an artist and I currently live in a tiny apartment, the size of a lot of walk in closets I’ve seen. lol, so when I’m working on a larger piece of art, my whole apartment becomes one big mess. It’s challenging but if I had this particular tiny house, I could use that upstairs office space as my studio. I’m just dreaming. 🙂
What people don’t understand is even when you purchase land, almost all states do NOT allow you to park RV, Mobile Homes, trailers , park models as per their ordinances. Also people don’t realize a septic tank which you will need is about $22,000 and up Your water tank if it’s dig is about $25,000 and up and you still need electric hook up unless you are run on propane. We built a log home and you just have no idea how difficult it is to build ON YOUR OWN Land. People think if it’s their land they can do what they want. Nope. Each county has ordinances that do not allow “ tiny homes”.
That is why we built in Tennessee. We purchased three unrestricted acres for $30k near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We were required to have an electrical inspection for a few hundred, about $10k for a 300 foot deep well by an authorized and licensed driller and our contractor for the septic was only about $4k about 5 years ago. We were our own contractor so we paid cash as we went about $80k, so no mortgage. Also we can apply for a special permit and put our tiny 14 x 16 cabin or our 600 square foot home on overnight or short term rental.
I love this comment. There are so many financially burdensome items when buying and living in a tiny home, with no upward ceiling: commuter costs, HOA fees, utilities, park rent…
You have an amazing home. It does not give the impression that it is tiny. I think it works so well because you didn't approach the decor from that angle. It is appointed from a poshy viewpoint. It's lovely and your treasures bring it to life. I could definitely enjoy the "tiny house" lifestyle.
I designed my own floor plan for my yet to be built tiny house about 10 years ago, and this is the first layout I’ve seen that I think I like better. Out of hundreds of videos. I love it.
I like this tiny home. I am familiar with Wendy from watching her on various podcasts about spirituality. As soon as I heard her voice I knew I was familiar with her! I'm so glad Wendy has a lovely, peaceful and functional home! She deserves it!
Hi Wendy! I fell in love with your Tiny home! It's probably my favorite of all that I've seen. I agree with you on finding a piece of land to put ur TH on. This is what keeps me from purchasing mine, is I don't want to lease forever. Thank you for ur video. 🌷
How just perfect !!!! I’m so happy for you ! I love the size because it’s not so small that things are cluttered and yet still a tiny. I just love it. Hopefully things will go as smoothly for me ! So excited and I can’t wait !!! Thanks for the ideas !! ❤️🏡
I am so in love with this model, for years I’ve been watching tiny homes on RUclips. I am currently in a townhome, which I do love however, given the opportunity, I would absolutely go tiny and especially with your model home I absolutely love it.
Beautiful tiny house, and as big as a tiny house gets, it's still a tiny house. Very spacious and comfy for 3-4 people to live in it. Thanks for the video.
I downsized and lived in a 20 foot camper in 1989 to 1992. Lived in mobile homes from 93 to 23. Gave everything away. Now I live with my mom. I plan on getting a small senior apartment with galley kitchen with living room and dining room combo on one side, bedroom and bathroom on other side. A tiny home is looking like a great choice. The prices are a big setback for me...a used camper would serve me almost as well....but full size bathtub, washer and dryer would be nice. Lots of choices...and so many beautiful tiny homes and park models are available. 120k buys a top end full Sheetrock 16x80 singlewide with metal roof. Lots more room. Very nice finishes. Right now they are retaining resale value well initially and possibly over 30 years. My big fear in investing in a tiny home or singlewide in a park or community is subject to lot rent hikes. I did that for 30 years. It was WONDERFUL. I was in three parks, great locations, great private owned parks with low lot rents. That's still available to me...but private equity firms are aggressively taking over parks and aggressively raising lot rents. I loved my neighbors, grass was cut by parks, water, septic, electric meter issues were the park's issues, roads, parking pads, and trash all by park. A casual stroll day or night was safe. Shopping, food, hospitals, and doctors within 4 miles. Plus we had downtown, the town park within 2 miles. I don't want to finance and maintain my own property, infrastructure, and taxes. Plus I had secuity of neighbors to watch my home if away or just at work. You gain privacy and financial security owning the land. There is a cost to each. For me, I would throw it away on REASONABLE present and future lot rent....because I LOVED the parks I was in...and was worth it to me.
Fabulous! Absolutely divine! Love the living room up a level! I was two & there's a photo of me holding a ball, the kitchen behind me up two stairs--and this was over 65 years ago! Many of us don't have such funds. I'll take the dog. She looks like my Gracie Ella Mae who passed in 2018. I miss her so much.
Gorgeous. One of the best I’ve seen for storage etc and almost 1 floor living. If it didn’t have steps to living room it would be so perfect. It is but I personally can’t do any stairs.
This is a really nice house! Compared to others I've seen and I've seen many online I think $118,000 was a great price. I've seen homes that weren't as nice for more money.
Thank you for sharing this video! Your home is beautiful, as are you. I love your profession, as I am a great believer in it. Have a wonderful day ~ sending you light, love, peace , joy and abundance always. I love you.
Ok I watched more of your video and found out that you live in a park. Good luck to you on finding a piece of land and be able to park an RV on it. We are having trouble with that. That’s what we want to do to avoid giving all that money away for rent when we could be putting it into our own land.
@@lanarenz4559 I live in an RV, in an RV park, so that I can live tiny, in town, with a reasonable commute to work. You are so right about the restrictions. This was the best idea I could come up with to achieve my goal. Luckily, it's worked well for me so far, and I like it. Would I like to have a tiny home on my own property? Of course I would. But it's not going to happen anytime soon, if at all.
❤ this home. You have exquisite taste. ❤ the bathroom and kitchen especially. ❤ listening to you also. So much joy and common sense. Thank u for sharing.
We have a private laundromat for the park I live in - I do not have a washer & dryer in my Woodland Park Vault. One can be added in place of a bedroom closet if you make that choice.
I ❤ your home!!!! You've done an amazing job, downsizing & so forth. Can I ask you an honest ? How do you handle that amount of debt? I'm 70, my house, car, everything is paid off. I don't think I could justify the cost. I wish the very best for you & your journey. SHALOM!!
all these poor souls with fibromyalgia or autoimmune disease or whatever are so desperate they think its past life karma or some weird stuff and spend all their money trying all kinds of crazy stuff. very sad. i have done it too
I love everything about this model except not having a washer/ dryer. The fact that she’s looking at putting the home in her own lot, is great. Nothing beats having your home in lot that you own.
I'm not one to hang onto things that have no use for me. If they have no use, even though they look nice, I throw them away. I don't have a TV nor a cell phone with no plans to buy either. And since I can remember all the people I've known throughout the years, I don't keep photos of them; not even family members. I'm a bare minimalist and so I think a 400 sq ft home would be enough space for me with room left over.
I absolutely love this model. You have a downstairs bedroom and a loft that can be another bedroom. The bathroom is awesome! One of my favorites!
I loved that house, but I loved her voice even more!!! She could be a voice actor, listening to her soothed me instantly. No wonder she is a healer.
I agree with you😊she has a healing presence
My thoughts exactly
I love the lounge being up the stairs and separate. Beautifully designed.
This is the first tiny home I’ve seen that I think I could actually live in. I love that kitchen and the split level. It doesn’t look like a tiny home inside
I really love this home. Plenty of living & kitchen space. Nice size bathroom & so much storage in bedroom. She has decorated it beautifully too.
Now THIS is an awesome tiny home that doesn't feel or look tiny, I could live there! 🥰
This home is absolutely gorgeous! It’s the best set up I’ve seen. She has decorated it beautifully and I can see why she’s in love with it. I hope she finds the land she wants. It would be great to see a follow-up.
Love Wendy‘s voice! So clear and calming, lovely lady ☺️
I definitely agree👍 Moreover, her diction is very nice👏
One of the nicest designs I have seen. The raised area is exceptional, ground floor bedroom w/built in storage & walk in closets. The bathroom is just right! The loft w/regular stairs & extra room is also awesome!
You're the poster woman for manifesting your best life! Gorgeous all-around! ❤️ Best vibes to you and the doggie 🥰
I love this model. I’ve been living in a tiny 5 years. Still love mine, but I like the bathroom on this more. I also like the living area being up.
Very nice home; beautifully decorated and I love that all living areas are downstairs. I really like the locked outside storage space. Nice touch.
I am blown away at this tiny home, the layout is amazing. My favorite is the living room and where the bedroom is located. Awesome decor too!
What a beautiful tiny home it has plenty of storage and spaces for personal growth abilities..love the positive energy 💓
I think this is my very favorite tiny home I’ve ever seen ! It is so pretty ! 🌸💕😃👏 the pretty storage cubbies , her colors , that entertainment wall , the corner sink with display cabinet are great features . An incredibly charming, personalized home! Really love it, and it suits your lovely personality!
I wish I only had to pay $500 a month. What a save that would be!!!
Beautiful home.
Good afternoon 🌞 it's actually so comfy, I'm a 65 senior citizen looking for my own home, congratulations ❤
5:00 Purchased from Park Model Homes in Spokane Valley, said to be 1st dealer in USA.
$129K all in, taxes, local transport, license, fees... Nice 🙌
Your home is just lovely. I would have the loft as my sewing room!
I’m just excited there’s a second loft for my 2 cats, I can’t believe how great the space was utilized throughout the home, so much storage. Never thought about a raised living room but it’s so cozy, love it.

Keep manifesting, designing, and dreaming while working at it, you’ll be surprised that dreams do materialize. 🍀

Beautiful, practical and cozy home! Inspiring: the house and lady😊
This home is beautifully designed, organized & decorated. Lovely.

Wow, what an interesting yet comfortable layout! I could live here myself! Beautiful 💕
7:57 a beautiful working space! ❤❤
Lovely home. I really like the layout.
Beautiful home. The downside, as she mentions, you don’t own the land and have no control over fee hikes 💸 similar to an HOA.
Absolutely love this tiny home and it's huge TV and loft area. Thanks for sharing!
I like this tiny home. I am familiar with Wendy from watching her on various podcasts about spirituality. As soon as I heard her voice I knew I was familiar with her! I'm so glad Wendy has a lovely, peaceful and functional home! She deserves it!
Love this home and set up, especially the main floor bedroom. Even the dog approves.
I love your home! I'm just miles from you and it's great to know that Spokane creates such beautiful homes.

I could live in this beautiful home..what a sweet person ❤
What a beautiful home for the price! Amazing score!
You did a great job! Love the layout. I usually like a single floor layout but your floor plan looks very nice.
Absolutely beautiful home. The layout is amazing and it is just perfect!
I love the bedroom! I would want a washer and dryer but wouldn't want it in the bedroom because it's perfect.
I think i like this home better than any other i have seen. And I've seen a lot. Been looking at tiny homes for years.
I love these tiny homes but finding a place to put them is a challenge
I am so in love with this model, for years I’ve been watching tiny homes on RUclips. I am currently in a townhome, which I do love however, given the opportunity, I would absolutely go tiny and especially with your model home I absolutely love it.

I love everything about your home. This is realistic. Thank you for sharing this ❤. I will be using your ideas.
Beautifully decorated and designed ❤especially luv your grandma’s desk!
Beautiful tiny home I live in a two room granny flat thanks for sharing.

Thank you for taking us on a tour of your home ♥️🙏

Love the ramp ! Need other things to make this wheelchair useable . Like single story !😊😊😊😊
By far one of the best tiny homes I have seen! You are lucky! ❤❤
Perfect place! Has great energy.
I love Yr tiny home design..Yr living room is nice..seldom see such design...kitchen look big too..
Gorgeous. One of the best I’ve seen for storage etc and almost 1 floor living. If it didn’t have steps to living room it would be so perfect. It is but I personally can’t do any stairs.
I’d have a huge tv too, thinking of future eyesight failure ❤
Loving your home ❤❤❤
Beautiful home. Love everything about it!

This is just beautiful! ! I've been living tiny since 2011, and just love it. Thank you for this wonderful tour!💗
Amazing this by far the best model I've seen
Really dig the steps up to the living room!

I really really like this home!!
I really admire your vocation
Fantastic price for such a beautiful home! I love everything about it
Love all the storage. A must have.
I love this model!! I saved it and downloaded so I can show my husband. 💚💚💚
❤ this home. You have exquisite taste. ❤ the bathroom and kitchen especially. ❤ listening to you also. So much joy and common sense. Thank u for sharing.
Gorgeous, I wish we had more options here in BC!❤
Lady Wendy you have a beautiful tiny house and it looks spacious, many blessings.👏🏻👏🏻🏡🏡👏🏻👏🏻.
Very pretty and a great use of space😊
This is perfect!
Beautiful home. I love the floor plan.
Love this model!!! 🔥
Love Your tiny home, best one Ive seen so far. Gorgeous
The best I hv seen so far
Is there a washer and dryer somewhere? That would be important for me.
We have a private laundromat for the park I live in - I do not have a washer & dryer in my Woodland Park Vault. One can be added in place of a bedroom closet if you make that choice.
This home is absolutely Gorgeous ❤

If everything is paid off then use that $ to buy yourself a tiny home
Great video, thank you for sharing.
Off topic, but since she sort of brought it up. I just watched part 2 of 3 of her NDE on Beyond with Heather Tesh. Very interesting.
I am really curious to hear more of her story & am going to watch her story now. I am also into energy healing, so yay! 😊
all these poor souls with fibromyalgia or autoimmune disease or whatever are so desperate they think its past life karma or some weird stuff and spend all their money trying all kinds of crazy stuff. very sad. i have done it too
Really nice living room, especially the desk.
One of the coolest layout I saw this week. Amazing home! 💯
Love it. I want one!
I love everything about this model except not having a washer/ dryer. The fact that she’s looking at putting the home in her own lot, is great. Nothing beats having your home in lot that you own.
Now this is my style of tiny home! Absolutely love the living room and bedroom! Very beautiful, and so livable!
Such a beautiful home! Thanks for showing us!
I would not live without a washer/dryer. The possessions would go and I would def use that closet. The built ins are gorgeous.
It's so cute, well thought out 🥰🥰🏠
Such a beautiful tiny house!!!

Is there a washing machine or did I miss that? She speaks so clearly and lovely.
She opted not to have a washer and dryer. It would have taken out a bedroom closet and there is laundry in the park where she lives.
Lots of great space.. in my tiny unit that takes half my pension, the recliner takes up all the room with no room for a couch.. NZ
