Meat of your choice I used ham
Tomato and onion or any veggies you love
1teaspoon olive oil for pan
1 teaspoon butter for pan optional
Sea salt pepper parsley flakes

Beautiful omelet, I also scramble eggs in a double boiler, you will get the most moist eggs and fluffy, they will never burn or brown that way.
I absolutely love omelettes! Since I’ve been working from home because of COVID-19, I’ve been getting up almost every morning making an omelette, and topping it off with some chunky mild salsa! Delicious! 😋

What a lovely lady and she is so in command of her elocution but spunky too.
A small suggestion, After you add cheese and flip egg, turn the fire off or remove your pan from burner and put a lid on pan for 45-60 seconds. The cheese and salt will melt. Cheesey, yummy!

I always finely chop and saute my veggies before adding them to the omelet. Your's is so awesome.
Chip chopped ham is the best for sandwiches and just a take and grab.

I needed to hear this. 🙌🏽 I often feel lonely at work. I started a new job and the female manager has the wrong perception of me and she has spread throughout the small office. A lot of her friends don’t talk to me. I’ve only been on the job a few months. I’m praying for Gods protection and peace on the job.
