    Helped my son to make this again for dinner last night. Used rye sour dough for the bread. We had falafel, cauliflower bites and hummus along with the soup/stew. Super yum.

    very nice channel!! small notes that might help it grow:
    center the camera on the pot so we can see what's going on :))
    and invest in a better mic so we can hear haha.

    Nice work Darius. You got another subscriber. I watch a lot of historical cookery, and this looks like a rare one that I'd actually enjoy eating for lunch! Please sharpen your knife for the next video, I was worried that you'd hurt yourself.

    Make your stock the old fashioned way by boiling bones in a stock pot for an hour or so.
