"Hey slick! You think the letter P is your friend? I designed this course to make you see things from my point of view!" //Doopliss
I decided to make a stage based on my namesake, felt the connection between missing the letter P and the P-switch was too good to pass up. Nobody but me has passed this stage yet (The one who did was me from my friend's console :P) So if you have the game, give it a shot (Peferrably without watching the video first) - Игры
Super unique!
This is really cool! I love the idea of Maki g the p switches somthing to avoid!
I don't have the game, but I appreciate the level you made here. looks like a fun/challenging level vs ripping hair out.
Thanks! I'm still the only one who ever beat the stage though, I wish someone else would step up to the challenge >.
that is amazing
That was intense
That's pretty neat!
It looks like it would be hard to beat!
+Van Nintendo You would have to be fast on your feet!
You're a genius man
+Jason Carrouée Thanks :P It's weird though, people are very inventive when it comes to gimmicks like this one, but I've never seen anyone build a stage on the "P-switches kill you" gimmick before.
+Doopliss Yeah and I think that it is a very good idea to make a level in which something that is a bonus in the original Mario games will kill you when you activate it. And the fact that you can touch them and not jump on them (the opposite of the ennemies) change a lot the original gameplay of the Mario games so i'm very impressed about such a level
Hey Doopliss how you doing? You planning on getting Pokken and make some combovidyas? Because I sure am!
+Boodendorf I'm fine, thank you. I'll be out of town until the 20th, so I won't be making any day 1 stuff. If the game is deep enough I might make something at a later date though.
+Doopliss Hey Doop, glad to hear you’re doing well. Came back to confirm that yes, Pokken has depth in combos, which is pretty nice! The game itself is really fun, you should give it a try.
Boodendorf I bought it yesterday and played for a while. It's pretty fun, but one thing really annoys me: Is there a clear pattern to when you're booted out of duel phase? Because right now it feels really random and annoying, especially if I want to figure out optimal combos and stuff.
Doopliss There indeed is: pokkenarena.boards.net/thread/788/duel-phase-field-change-mechanic
Thanks, that's exactly what I'm looking for.
