I just built Arlong, and I love the aggro/tempo playstyle he adds to the table. Would like to see an OP-8 build with the seraphims coming out. S-Hawk looks interesting, and the 3-drop Jewelry Bonny might be worth testplaying.
I’ve been having a rough go with RP kid lately so I wouldn’t recommend it right now. Haven’t tested Arlong enough to know for sure but seems promising!
Don't think Kuro can hold his own right now since his ability requires keeping a lot of low cost low power bodies on board (which is very hard with lucci, moria & rp law in the meta)

Is the doffy player give up to early? He couldve swing 12 and 15 and get the w right?
Doffy player won - I conceded that match. He absolutely had game the next turn with a 12k & 15k swing

Arlong always has potential but Kuro is really bad
Arlong needs a trigger rush card and maybe a good field card and he would be amazing
