i’m going back to trying my old navy focused build since i have a decent amount of lucci at my local. the bonney matchup definitely feels rough from what i remember but i don’t run the revo package so i have less aggro. the fact that she can tap down a kuzan, brook, or jack makes sequencing very difficult. against black though, you make their lives very complicated lmao
I built a sabo deck but its more aggressive with a lot rush cards. Imo you should put hina 5c blocker in and sabo 5c blocker both come in clutch against yamato and hina can stop some attacks as well
Flashed up my rush build at the start, have an earlier video that covers it! I’m testing Hina rn, doesn’t hit the board too much because I’m almost always more inclined to play Sabo or borsa but we’ll see
do you think we swap the Haruta for the promo koala once that’s localized? I have been experimenting with this deck and it’s so so fun, i also tried the starter deck smoker since it’s a 5/7 that can’t be KOd by effects so they have to swing into it (and we can just use leader ability to protect it). Awesome video tho, will definitely try out this list
100% - i do kinda like that haruta is 3k so in a really dire situation you can put 4 don for a 7k swing but adding more betty hits is more worth it. The occasional whiff feels really bad
I don’t think she’s needed personally but understand why people like her. If anything id consider her more if rp law was around but without him i dont know how much value you’re gonna get from her.

also i’m still unsure on turn order but i think vs removal, first is better so you can safely drop a kuzan on five don turn with leader effect

I’ve had minor success with an OP08 animal kingdom package. Blocker apoo is amazing with the this leader.
yeah I can see that, jack and kaido also seem great as top end! Will have to give it a try after we're done with OP07 here

Ah yes should have clarified besides Rebecca leader but because she can’t attack there’s a huge potential downside there
