Old news footage from Television South-West (TSW) in 1987 reporting on the Grand Western Canal or Tiverton Canal (as it is referred to by locals) with a very serious leak. Later the canal was newly relined between Swans neck and Greenway bridge.The project was funded between Devon county council and Mid Devon district Council, with an approximate cost of £1 million
