Hey tim , is there an indication that the water is circulating through the filters , dont see any water movement to indicate a light flow
Should throw a code on it if it’s not flowing right plus the pump will be loud cause it’s backing up
Once the red flame 🔥 reaches its set temperature it turns to a green flame can I leave that green flame on all the time or once the flame turns green turn it off after ?
I’m assuming it goes off then comes back on again to heat up I just got mine I got the square one tho
Have you tried to pair the hot tub to the Intex app? Your supposed to hold the Celsius/ Fahrenheit button for 5 secs and the wifi logo on top left is supposed to start blinking to start pairing. I bought one and tested the panel before setting up the whole tub and it wouldn’t pair so I returned it. Wondering if anyone else had the same issue
Hi, yes, I tried all kinds of versions I found online and in manual - nothing works - I can’t get the control panel connected to my IPhone app. Could you meanwhile figure it out? Also, I’m confused because the manual actually asks to press UNTIL NO flashing- but even if the Wifi LED is on permanently, it doesn’t connect on to my phone. I’m really desperate :-)

I run in the same issue. The pairing button won’t work. Here is the solution:m. Remove the Controlpanel and switch it off. Then put it back on the loadingstation and then the Wi-Fi symbol is flashing and the pairing is activ.
Finally you don’t need the pairing button for pairing
Change the filter every few days? 😮Do you purchase from Intex.
This obviously depends on how much you use the tub, but you'd be surprised how quickly they get dirty. Less than $2 a piece. amzn.to/47Tb49b

Charged automatically if you leave it in the cradle
