- After 12 years of hard work, our multi-billion-dollar factory in Craiova, Romania has built one million Ford vehicles. Obviously, we had to have a party - but things got even more exciting when our new, M-Sport Ford Puma Hybrid Rally1 car got involved! Watch what happened here, and keep an eye out for “Easter eggs” hidden in the film.

This is a good brand of cars ❤️ I love the way this goes. Between celebrating Eastern Europe building factories and producing cool things for the sema show and car builders and customs, and a new gorgeous rally car, Ford is doing it right 👏

So glad to see the Puma back, never had the old one but loved the lines, been a ford person since late 70s and yes still driving a ford today, but had some of the fast fords over the many years, if i had the money i would be buying the next gen fords... but after 2 new fords my time has come to a end with brand new cars. but can not wait to see the Puma in the next WRC
Not really a Ford fan but i do like the new Pumas and who doesn't love the sound of a rally engine! That thing is sick!

You probably will be able buy one directly from M-Sport. Just bring one million euros. Its an expensive optional extra on a Puma!
@@LS48IRL 1 Million wont cut it! It needs special parts and a team, among all the other stuff that makes this sport very expensive.
@@ddmn3648 MSport will definitely sell you a car for a million when customer cars become available. Current spec car was offered at 3/4 of a million at one point to customers. There will be a bit more cost because it's a hybrid. MSport will also find ways of reducing the cost on a customer car if needs be compared to factory car. Look at Barry McKenna for example. His car had less fancy diffs and gearbox. Partially to do with rules in his championship but also would helps costs. They aren't necessarily sold to make a lot of profit. Sometimes the teams are just happy to get sell of some old stock and get some money back.

I think they teased a new upcoming ST model. And since they constantly refer to electricity in this video, I count on either a hybrid or a fully electric ST model.

Why did a lowered version of the Puma participate in the WRC when you could take the Focus again? ...Ok, they wanted to advertise the Puma

How is "what the hell!" in Romanian :D I didn't know the Puma was made in Romania. That explains why I saw so many of them when I was traveling there in the summer.

I don't think a rally or an STi version of the Puma will make me like the car more or anywhere near as much as the original.
The original Puma was a classic. Rare to come across one now where I live. I guess with the ST Puma for the road and the Puma taking over from the Fiesta in rallying they are at least trying

@@ynk69 I was very fortunate to be on holiday when they first game out and came across a photo shoot. That was really cool. I've also been lucky in that nearby to where I live Land Rover have tested vehicles. You see them in disguised bodywork on the local roads. Back to the Puma. Knew one person who had one bit it was on it's last legs. I've heard it said they suffer with rust or eventually being boy racered. Last one I saw had an upgraded exhaust but was otherwise ok

@@ynk69 That sounds good. Had to look up Hyundai Tiburon for a minute 🙂. Forgive me that one. They are known as Hyundai Coupe with me. Looked at one but couldn't fit because of the roof line 😔. Gutted. Celica makes a good alternative. Cougar if one can be found in good condition. Maybe even a Fiat Coupe. Miss all the great coupe options
I think we all wanna know when we can stick a license plate on the front of that rally car and drive that home.

Europe gets so many of the cool fords, all we get in the US is pickup trucks and Mustangs... Thats it. 😞 So many enthusiasts here yet EVERY brand drops the ball, we never got the Capri's or Escort RS's, no GR Yaris, Celica GT-Four, hell it took like 30yrs to get th RS Avant model over here! Is there even ONE vehicle USDM vehicle other countries drool and pine over?? (aside from novelty of course)
