What are your thought on beans and lentils? Are the ok to eat or too high in protein? I tend to eat them on a daily basis. They're great to use in stews.
DR PLEASE HELP ME!!!! Durian I have a Bianchi-C2C-Via-Nirone-Alu-Tiagra-2015-Road-Bike and want to buy a power meter (Stages if possible) can you tell me what will fit as my local bike shop is unsure (unbelievable)
What camera should I get if I want to start a vegan channel? I am willing to spend $300 maybe more. would like 1080p. I know a nice camera isn't essential but it couldn't hurt!
My smart trainer - wahoo kickr - shows I'm averaging 250w however my stages power meter shows about 160w. Both have been properly calibrated. Which one is correct. Confused
Hi Durianrider I've a question . My Stages power meter lossing connection with my Garmin ( it takes 2 sec. max ) . Do You have any advice ? ( I read the stages troubleshoting ) BTW. Carb the Fuck UP - I read your ebook 5 months ego and I loose 20 pounds of weight. I't woorks !!! Unfortunately I'm not vegan but I reduce meat and fat to my minimum. Best Regrads
all the shimano hollowtech cranks will be compatible with eachother (105, ultegra, dura ace). providing its the same crank length. that being said, i got a 175mm stages dura ace 7900 for $560 off ebay. however if you buy it retails, all the stages hollowtech cranks are about $1000. check out ebay and look for a good deal
+GoustiFruit if they prove to be reliable over time --I.E they are able the withstand the elements I say yes especially at the cost....I have 2 stages and am going to get a 4iiii's for one of my mtn bikes to give it a real test
exactly what Dean said. installation might be a bit tricky for a beginner so I'd have a professional do that bit. the only other question is with its ability to withstand the elements (rain, dust etc)
do we always need to calibrate / zero offset before ride?
Your iPhone seemed a bit undercarbed for a second
