  • 1️⃣ 起出豬肝筋膜,把豬肝切片,沖洗。
    2️⃣ 在豬肝上撒些麵粉或澱粉,輕揉2至3分鐘,讓血水跑出,沖洗。
    3️⃣ 將豬肝放在水中浸泡10分鐘,加入少許鹽或食用梳打粉或醋,有助去除腥味。如果是高溫地區,可以加些冰塊防止細菌滋生。
    4️⃣ 豬肝浸泡10分鐘後清洗幾遍,直到血水清除為止。
    5️⃣ 瀝乾水份後,醃一下就可以炒或配搭其他食材做美味佳餚。
    6️⃣ 這樣清洗的豬肝就不會有腥臭味,也可按照自己的方法清洗乾淨。
